This EZ House is located on the west side of the new city of Sukhothai. There is a tourist information near this inn. There are free bicycles here. We cycled to Sukhothai Historical Park.

The friendly staff, the cleanliness, and the amenities make this guesthouse well worth the price. The bikes are fairly priced and in good condition, and there are more than enough available. Every staff member went above and beyond to help. Our room was extremely clean and comfortable. The pool area was clean and spacious. We highly recommend this guesthouse.

I was here for 10 days during the lantern festival. Chose this place for the price and the location (right next door to the bus station) and was pleasantly suprised by my room, which was enormous and the shower was much better than it looked, plus the wifi was good too. So excellent value for money but it was the staff who get this place a 5 star review . The staff could not have been more helpful and really go out of their way to answer all guests questions. I hired a scooter for a week and they gave me a very good price and a nice bike too. I was worried about noise, being so close to the bus station but there are hardly any busses so no noise at all.

Great place. We paid 600 bath a night for a double room with aircon and en-suite bathroom. Rooms look exactly like the pictures on the facebook page. Very beautiful. Super Clean place! Everything is in great shape, the owners take good care of the place. The shower has a good flow and the water is hot. Free parking in the back, so if you rent a scooter you can put it in a safe place at night, no worries. There's a fridge in the room, they allowed us to eat our own food for breakfast on the front terrace, and lended us some spoons :) They make the room and put new water bottles everyday. Also the best part for us is that the room is very quiet and after three weeks travelling in laos and Thailand, the beds were simply the BEST we ever had. Felt like heaven and we had 3 good nights of regenerating sleep! Thank you for your service! We'll come back to your guesthouse if we're ever in Sukhothai (Which is GREAT by the way) again ;)

The trash can is so small and small, the room is so dark and dark, there is no hot water pot. . . You can only pour water in the cafe downstairs. . . The air conditioner must be turned on to sleep. Starting from walking into the door Like coming to a friend's house It's an ordinary door. It is probably as the name suggests, it is a guesthouse, there is a swimming pool like in the picture. The sitting area at the pool has both a pavilion and a bed. The pavilion is wooden, old and the wood decayed. There are many rooms here. Both bungalows and standard, we choose The bungalow without forgetting to see if breakfast is included or not. The bungalow room, the price does not include breakfast, but 1 confused why the standard room is cheap that it only includes breakfast If you want breakfast The extra costs 100 baht per person and it is just porridge / boiled rice, tea, coffee, fruit, bread, dessert, one thing. Personally in the bungalow room. The wood is quite old. Like not very caring Clean is ok There is no kettle, no tea and coffee, there is a refrigerator, no hair dryer. The water is not quite strong. But not very slow The water heater seems to be unable to adjust. The water is a little too warm. As for the standard room that a friend chose for I told the room to look damp. Smoke smell Other rooms do not know. But maybe it's just a friend's room This room does not have a refrigerator, the water flows slowly, the guesthouse has a seating area for groups. Looks dust Do not wipe clean If improving and taking care of it better, it will look pleasant to stay. The corridor floor is slippery. During the need to walk carefully. Because there is moss on it Maybe because the rainy season is understandable, but should keep scrubbing a little, it will be good. We stayed in the Foresto Guest House and loved the place. Rooms are large and very comfortable with a terrace outside. There's a really nice swimming pool for a welcome dip after a day's sightseeing. The breakfast was really enjoyable and everyone working there is so friendly. We had a minor problem with the bathroom which the manager, Sun, seemed really upset about. He got it fixed quickly then refused to let us pay for the laundry we'd had done as an apology. Nothing is too much truble for him. I highly recommend Foresto for anyone visiting Sukhothai.

A well positioned and cosy hotel with pretty much everything the average traveller would need. Quieter than I expected given that the rooms overlook the street. For me the only disappointment was that the breakfast did not include coffee - something which I would consider to be an essential component of any decent breakfast.
