Canoa Quebrada Hostels

The hotel is very good, but the check-in service was a little confused, especially when we chose the room, and there was a little communication between the reception and the staff. The second pool is a little deep (1.90m), but the main pool is beautiful and pleasant. The bar and restaurant prices are well compatible for the portions served, with good service for the boys.

Reservei o quarto garden view pq achei q perto da piscina poderia ser barulhento. Só que garden view era no estacionamento. Me colocaram no último quarto da pousada do lado da saída da garagem. Quando abrimos a porta ela emperrava e o cheiro do banheiro erra de fossa e vinha pro quanto todo. O chuveiro saia água para os lados e não pra baixo. Resolvi reclamar na recepção e no dia seguinte veio um rapaz pra arrumar o chuveiro e arrumar a porta. O cheiro de fossa continuou e a funcionária da limpeza comentou q a fossa do hotel era atrás do meu quarto!!!! Como se isso não fosse o suficiente quando voltamos pro hotel no fim do dia tinha uma barata enorme debaixo da cama!!! Eu liguei pra recepção e mudamos de quarto. Mas no mesmo local, ou seja ainda com cheiro desagradável e perto da fossa!!! No resto, secador de cabelo quebrado, limpeza do banheiro mediana, com areia no chão , achei um garfo jogado numa poltrona do lado do meu quarto, café da manhã bem fraquinho, a tv não funciona direito e vidro do quarto trincado. Depois de tudo isso fui pedir pra atrasar meu checkout e eles não confirmaram!!! Ninguém veio falar comigo, pedir desculpa ou qualquer coisa … hotel está descrito como ótimo local pra família mas não voltaria aqui por nada!

This pousada has a great location in between the beach and broadway. The room was really cute, like a small cabana with all functionality of a hotel room. Great to have a parking in such a small town. Just a few points missing: a hairdryer and a safe would have been nice to have. The pool is wow. Breakfast was good and service was nice too.
