AzuLine Hotel Palmanova Garden

Absolutely brilliant hotel, would recommend to anyone. The rooms are modern and spacious with excellent aircon and wifi. Breakfast options were plentiful and delicious, couldn’t fault it at all. Location is great; about 5 minute walk to beach, bars and restaurants. Lots of the reviews mention about the steep hill - it’s not really a hill, more of a slope which takes about a minute to walk up - and I’m a large lady!! Staff were friendly and nice and chatty. Overall a fab hotel and you can book with confidence if your experience is the same as mine

Hotel Agua Beach "Adults only"

I had stayed at this hotel twice before this visit around 4 years ago and thought I knew what to expect; however this place has gone downhill a lot since then. The location of the hotel is great but that is the only good thing about it nowadays unfortunately. We arrived on the first day at around 11am to be told our room would not be ready until at least 3pm, which we understood and was fine. We put our bags in the storage room and was preparing to go to the beach whilst we waited and was then called back and told our room was in fact ready but they didn’t realise. We were then checked in and given the room key. The room was in the annexe part of the hotel which isn’t part of the main building and is very old and dated. We arrived to the room and stared to unpack when we found the toilet still had a poo in it from the previous guests despite the room being ‘cleaned’. I was happy to accept these things can happen but the room in general had a really bad smell of staleness. After deliberating for an hour we decided to ask to move rooms. The lady on reception told us she had nothing else and we would have to wait 2 nights to move rooms. After saying we weren’t at all happy she then found us another room inside the main hotel which was ready immediately. This did not have the sea view that we had paid for but the room was ready and seemed cleaner than the previous so we thought we would make the best of a bad situation. After unpacking in the 2nd room we noticed that the bin in the bathroom was still full from the previous guests. We were obviously starting to wonder how thorough this place gets cleaned. I noticed the wall where the bed is against was absolutely filthy with dust. I wrote my name on the wall in the dust with my finger on the first night and this was still there on the day we left. We didn’t say anything at the reception as didn’t want to be seen as people who moan constantly at this point. During the first night my partner was cold so she got the quilt out of the wardrobe to keep her warm. This didn’t last long as the quilt absolutely stank once she had opened it up and placed it on her. I am not one for moaning but it was absolutely disgusting so we put it in the shower room for the cleaner. It was taken away and never replaced. On the 2nd day the cleaner left her cleaning sprays in our room which we found funny at the point. On one of the middle days the cleaner came to clean the room whilst I was in the middle of using the bathroom. I explained for her to come back in 5 minutes as I was clearly busy. Despite talking some basic English to us for the time here so far she decided she could now speak no English whatsoever and manipulated the conversation to suit her that she was not wanted to clean the room today. After 2-3 minutes of me clearly explaining at the door to come back later she decided from the conversation she was not needed. I later met her in the hallway whilst she was cleaning another room to tell her she
Zafiro Palace Palmanova

The hotel is nice if all you want is luxury, the swim up pool rooms are lovely. But we’re here with my 2 & a half year old and the entertainment is really poor to non existent! We stayed at Zafiro Can Picafort last year and was expecting the same in the way of entertainment. The hotel is full of little kids but there is no mini disco, no music on in the day, no pool games, no evening music. It’s just so quiet with nothing to look at. The only thing they’ve done is a’pirate party with Izzy’ which was about 10 minutes of dancing in the pool with no actual interaction for the kids really disappointed as the one last year was so geared up for kids and just makes our holiday easier and more enjoyable! Such a shame as we’ve paid all inclusive but finding ourselves going out of the hotel for some entertainment!

This is a fantastic hotel with staff that make you feel that you matter and are important. We arrived and were shown our room which admittedly we had hoped would be a little larger, but it was still very nice. As there was availability, we were then offered an upgrade to a suite with its private terrace. The upgrade was within our budget, and we gratefully accepted the offer. The suite had sea view and more than spacious, as was the private terrace. The restaurant was spacious and even by my fussy eating standards, there was little to complain about. The variety and freshness of the food was excellent. Certain meals e.g. meats and fish can also be cooked & prepared for you whilst you wait. I think the jewel in the crown for this hotel is their staff, who I said earlier, make you feel important. They care about the service that they provide, and they also make guests feel that they matter. The front desk in particular, was second to none, Aylen, Lorena, Sese and a host of others, including Jessica who worked at the pool bar/restaurant, all contributed a wonderful stay and one which we intend to repeat as soon as we can.

The place of the hotel was literally closed to the beach front and alot of restaurants. I’m sorry if I will give three for the cleanliness, it was based on my experience but maybe once you try it you won’t experience what I experienced. But this hotel is beautiful but I think for summer time it doesn’t deserve the price they offer. Amenities is perfect because they have some saunas and some other stuff if ever the weather will be unpredictable and thats a big deal that I like with the hotel.
