My recent stay at Dedanau Hotel was a serene escape nestled by the lake. The Deluxe Double Room with a mesmerizing lake view provided a tranquil ambiance throughout my 2-night stay. The room itself was spacious and comfortable, offering everything I needed for a relaxing getaway. The staff were friendly and attentive, ensuring a pleasant experience from check-in to check-out. Overall, Dedanau Hotel offered a peaceful retreat with stunning views, excellent amenities, and attentive service. Whether you're seeking a romantic getaway or a peaceful escape, I highly recommend Dedanau Hotel for your next staycation or vacation.
Nirmala Guest House Surf Keramas
4.1/50 Reviews
We stayed at the Nirmala Guest House 6 nights, to chill before leaving Bali. And indeed, we relaxed a lot. This place is very calm, surrounded by rice fields and not directly sticked to the road. You are 300m away from a beautiful surfing beach with amazing sunsets on it and cool restaurants. Concerning the hotel in itself, it’s really well organized. The room are simple but comfortable. Maybe the cleaning on the morning could be improved, the bathroom was not very clean and not smelling good. Apart from that, we really enjoyed everything. You feel at home, with everything you need on the room, air conditioner, bottles of water, towels, but also outside with the terrace, the swimming pool (maybe not really clean too), the garden, very well maintained and the restaurant. The breakfast is included, just too bad there is not a bigger choice of juices but it’s okay, the whole thing is tasty. You can eat here for lunch and dinner too, this is what we did almost every day, a lot of choices are available and it’s delicious. Then, concerning the staff, they are really smiley, kind, attentive, polite : perfect as always with Indonesian people. We rented scooters to go to Sanur (30 minutes), it’s quite far but it’s always on a big main road so not hard to find. However, the hotel also provides drivers if you need it. Therefore, I highly recommend this place for all these positive points I mentioned before. By the way: Best place for surfers!
Tropico Jimbaran Bali

Uluwatu
Close to one of the main routes up to uluwathu- therefore noisy at times but convenient. Bathroom no windows and shower sink misplaced so you flood the bathroom while taking shower- they try to avoid the worst by cleaning everyday - drawers are roten Woods with holes. However I don’t mind all this as it just was for a couple of days and most time u spent anyway outside.

Bedugul
The best quality price hotel above all. People are extremely nice, carefull as a bad smell come from the sewer sometime. The place is a little bit out of the city center, not quiet but quite calme. Extremely good deal
Svarna Hotel

Sanur
We stayed here twice in Mar 24, firstly a standard room then a deluxe room. Both were fantastic. Would definitely stay in deluxe for couple as the extra room is worth the $5AUS extra. They don't have a restaurant or bar onsite, but less than 100m to Little Bird Warung one the best local places to eat in Sanur. We were here during Nyepi, a d they provided a microwave, toaster and all cutlery so we could eat when everything was closed for Silent Day (Nyepi)
Munduk Tentrem Resort
4.4/513 Reviews
Munduk
We're still basking in the warmth of our exceptional experience at Munduk Tentrem, even a week after leaving Bali. This intimate resort, with only 8 rooms, truly shines with its attentive and enthusiastic staff. Every visit to the One Eighty Panorama restaurant was met with a warm welcome from the eagle-eyed team, particularly Ari and Nana, who always greeted us with bright smiles and engaging conversations, making our meals feel like home. But what truly stole our hearts was the breathtaking mountain vista. We witnessed the mesmerizing dance of mist, clouds, and sunshine, with the weather changing dramatically before our eyes. One moment, clear skies; the next, cloudy; then misty, drizzly, and sunny again – all in a single day! Munduk Tentrem's harmonious blend of pleasant staff, stunning views, and delightfully cool weather makes it the perfect haven to unwind. Our stay at Munduk Tentrem was a serene and perfect culmination to our two weeks Bali getaway. We can't wait to return and relive the magic.
