Checked in to the hotel on 1st day of 2020, staffs were nice and friendly, however there are still some pros and cons for this hotel. The hotel was quite far from the city Centre it takes approximately 20 Minutes of walk, for those who doesnt want to walk may take a bus which will take u around 5 minutes for 2 euros. However, amenities are good it does provides what a hotel is supposed to give, room was big and comfy the bed and pillow makes me don’t wanna get off the bed. Staffs were very helpful I asked the receptionist to print some document for me and he printed it out for me in Juz a few seconds. Overall it’s a good hotel for couples or people who have car or doesn’t mind walking to the city Centre for 20 minutes, which I am

Our staying in this hotel was excellent. The experience was different to the other hotels in Ireland, the room was large, very clean and elegant. The breakfast was fabulous and varied. The hot food is varied and made fresh for you as you request.

The hotel has three floors and no elevator, but it is very warm. The hotel owner is a twin brother, tall and tall, but very elegant. The hotel should include breakfast, but the description is to charge, so that everyone did not go to breakfast, I hope to inform you clearly in the future.

Hotel location is okay, visually it is the best hotel in Galway, but the facilities are average. Encountered Galway Oyster Festival, the hotel is full, so the price is unrealistically high.

What a lovely location, a gorgeous hotel and the swimming pool was great with the added bonus of an outside hot tub overlooking the sea. My room was 631 with a large king bed, desks, adequate bathroom with bath and shower, seats with table, desk and TV and all the usual facilities in a hotel room. No sockets by the bed though which is something all hotels need to have now but that was the only criticism of the room. Staff where lovely, helpful and friendly although I give 4 stars as check-in didnt happen for 10 minutes due to no staff being at the reception, no idea why but it got sorted OK. The hotel is clean, the room was clean, well presented and very welcoming. I had breakfast which was the normal cooked breakfast buffet, toasts, pancakes, breads, cereals, tea or coffee, juices with plenty of seating options and a view of the sea. The staff were great, the food was good and the atmosphere relaxed. The view gives you a great start to the day. I used the pool which was great. Some families there with kids, a swimming lane, working steam room, sauna and heated jacuzzi. The outside hottub is amazing. It is a must do at this hotel. It was raiing on my stay so the outside tennis court and kids play area werent being used but its worth a mention that they have these. Location feels remote but its only 5-10 minutes from Salthill and Galway by car. There is a petrol station beside the hotel on the main road and a small village. I guess you access the hotel by car, taxi or bus.

A very overdue review but didn’t want to not leave it. Had a lovely stay here in May. Staff were so kind and helpful. Room much bigger than expected (family room) and very quiet – even when we saw a raucous looking hen night setting up and then didn’t hear a squeak from it all night. Lovely pool and whilst there were lessons going on we still had ample space to swim and change. Really enjoyed our stay and felt it was well priced for the standard. Only con is that the buses aren’t as regular as hoped especially through the weekend so we had to take more taxis as expected as town was a hefty walk away (and hire car prices seem to have gone crazy in Ireland!). But will come back for sure. Thank you!
