Just want to book the Hotel for the Birthday Party, call the Hotel Staff and Spoke to GM vide Name Mr. IK Sharma to understand the modality of the arrangement and packages. The experience is very Pathetic and worst of my lifetime, the GM behaviour as well as staff is very arrogant, adamant and an annoying resulting in pestering to the customer. I'm very astonished to witness such pathetic behaviour and hospitality service to the customers It clearly depicts that the Hotel just want to make money from the customer, didn't bother about customer feelings, services to be offered to the customer and just bolldozed the customer with exorbitant pricing and harsh words. Such pestering and behaviour doesn't even met the hospitality standards and even marketing price are too exorbitant as compared to best 5 Star Hotel properties. Atleast the Hotel Staff should have courtesy towards the customer in understanding the needs of the customer and atleast should now how to talk politely to the customer. Never recommend this Hotel to anyone Regards Simranjit Singh

Last week I booked a Room for my Relatives and the Experience was Excellent. Room was Spacious , Neat & Clean. Food was very Tasty and Staff was also very helpful and supportive. Will definitely stay again in the same hotel whenever we will visit Jalandhar and would recommend to my other colleagues , Friends and my Corporate Clients. Hospitality department is good. Staff is friendly. Breakfast has limited choice. Breakfast staff can do better job in customer service. Stayed for 11 days, Overall experience was okay, spa and restaurant services were okay, not exceptional. Total experience was that management inclination was towards making money rather focused on customer comfort and exceptional experience. Staff was more keen on getting good reviews rather than service. I have had so many staff members coming to me to give them Good rating which don’t mind after my stay compared to my first day of stay.

Room are spacious and clean. Lenin were changed daily. Safety and security is very good. Room service and housekeeping staff was consideret and supportive as well as good natured. Staff maintain good personal hygiene.
