Coron Hostels

The rooms are very small, the bed is also small and the bathroom too. In addition, the shower which is glued to the toilet and the sink has no edge so the water runs everywhere. There is also no place to put your toiletries. The staff is generally friendly but lacks professionalism. The location is well away from the noisy streets but still close to the center. The breakfasts were included fortunately because the à la carte prices are very high and there is not much variety. The wifi is not very good, we did not pick up well in the room. We stayed 6 nights.

Because there is no bread, there are 4 kinds of rice for breakfast. The first one is delicious. On the first day, I don’t know how many ants are on the sheets. I didn’t change it with the front desk. I eliminated the ants and no ants. The next day, there was no change for the tip. I didn’t hang the sign to clean the room. On the third day, I hanged the sign and changed the sheets. The tip was also confiscated. It’s good. I knew that the next day I was called. After cleaning, the waiter asked the younger brother to carry the baggage to the second floor, and there was no tip. You can get clothes downstairs, there are a lot of hangers, and it will help you get your clothes off! It is also convenient to go out. If there is no tutu at the door, go out and turn down the slope is the main road. Take the tutu, 10-15p, and send you to the place. I have lived for 5 days without meeting Chinese people. They are all foreigners. The price is still very high with breakfast accommodation. There is free water and coffee in the lobby, and the coffee is very fragrant! I use the translation software to talk to the waiter and they are very patient!

The location of this small hotel is good - in the heart of Coron Town with everything around you. Tour Agencies, Travel Agencies, Restaurants, small bars, shops, etc... The hotel itself is nicely decorated and rooms are clean and comfortable. My main issue was with the staff at the hotel, especially reception. They were quite uninterested, standoffish and a little unapproachable. At times, even something of a bad attitude. The other staff members around were ok, but not fantastic. Our rooms weren't cleaned at all for three days, we had cups and a full ashtray outside our rooms for the whole three days also (place isn't big, so certainly not difficult to keep on top of!) as did other rooms near us. Breakfast has to be booked for time the night before, and is 'ok' at best. Coffee, however, is absolutely awful! If you're looking for a decent place to stay without over-spending, this place is fine, if you'd like better service, look elsewhere. Honestly, i don't think i would stay here again.

Luis Bay management is customer-friendly. The accommodation is very affordable with fresh and delicious food all the time. It's the best accommodation site for those who are planning to have the island -hopping experience of Coron multiple package tours because of it's location. It is near the port area where boats dock in going and coming from the island-hopping experience.
