Everything very new, very clean. Staff are very nice and very friendly. Highly recommend. Near minivan , train station to, from Bangkok. Can rent scooter from hostel, if run out, there are scooters rental near by. It has roof top bar, very nice breakfast canteen..however there is no cooking facilities, but no need to do any cooking, because Thai food are so good and so cheap. There is a night food market just right across the road, many street food and restaurants near by. Good place to stay before heading to Khao Yai. Hostel is in centre of Pak Chong, there is a very big Chinese temple near by, where people practices Tai Ji every evening. Big C and Lotus is not far away can go there to do shopping and, or eating in nice food court there. Be aware of riding scooter and safety especially to the Dam, which have to ride on free way with cars and trucks all running at 100+ km/ hour, if renting a 125 cc scooter would be unsafe on fast free way, where there are motorbike lands too, but unpredictable safety on bike land, eg rocks or slippery sand, pot holes or sometimes truck or cars just parking on these land. And very dangerous and unsafe to make U turn with little scooter which has not enough power to change land in on running very fast traffic. Those no experience with riding scooter should just join tours for your own safety. People in Pak Chong are very nice and friendly.

Good to a certain extent with a price of less than 500 baht, unfortunately a little far from the city, but overall it is still ok.

To be reasonable, the low score of this hotel is not practical. This is a very old hotel, the stairwell can see the old-fashioned clock. Although the style is like a guest house, it is already much better than the ordinary guest house in terms of price and facilities. Location is the biggest advantage here (very close to the ancient city, convenient to the Hao terminal 2 bus stop and Hao railway station). The room is being renovated, the one I live in is obviously bright and tidy, and the showers are new. The bed is particularly soft (people who like hard beds may not adapt to the degree), personally feel very comfortable. In addition, I don't need air conditioning (the air conditioner in Thailand is too cold), so I am very happy to have a fan room, a large ceiling fan, open a 3-stall can blow people to tighten the quilt, and screens to ventilate insects. The only downside was from the bar diagonally opposite, which was hi until 12 o'clock every night. Fortunately, the travel was tired and the noise was no longer affecting me.

This is a hotel I stayed at Nakon Rachalsimer. It was a style that opened a part of the residence to the hotel, but the facilities were not the same as the hotel and it was a comfortable stay.

The place was an excellent value for money, and was in good location within walking distance to The Mall of Korat. Not easy to find the place unless familiar with the surroundings, which meant a 60 Bath Tuktuk ride for a very short distance from the station on day of arrival. Room was kept clean and all staff were friendly. Cons: 1. Very hard bed that took me at least 2 nights to get used to it. (Seems like it is norm as checked 3 others guesthouses plus other hotel on my 2nd day and all had hard beds). 2. Stray dogs roaming around on the hotel premises that were barking on me when I was leaving early on Sunday for my half-marathon race. 3. No restaurant on site (other than a café selling drinks etc.). But plenty of places nearby including a 7 eleven a few metres away.
