There was a Gree air purifier and two snacks were given. Hot spring: It was too hot during the day, so we swam and played for a while before taking a hot spring bath. It was very comfortable. Breakfast: As shown in the picture, there are many varieties of breakfast and it is delicious.

This was my first visit to Country Garden Xianning, and I truly felt it's the best hotel in the area. Yet, the official photos make it look quite old and dated, which always led us to travel further to Chibi for hot springs. In actuality, both the hotel's ambiance and the room conditions far exceeded our expectations. The restaurant environment was lovely, and the breakfast was hearty. They really should consider updating their promotional images! We were upgraded to a room with a spacious bay window. We asked a staff member for an extra duvet, and the kids absolutely loved playing on it! The Water World is located just across the road from the hotel, with a convenient shuttle service. While the hot springs remain the main draw, they've also added a wave pool and a bubble pool. The large slide is unfortunately out of commission, but for those not keen on thrilling rides, there's still plenty to enjoy. The wave pool's waves were genuinely some of the largest I've encountered in any hotel-affiliated water park – far surpassing those at a certain family hotel newly opened in Wuhan, which charges double the price! The complimentary use of single and double swim rings is also a thoughtful touch. Finally, I must voice my disappointment regarding the kids' activities. The male staff member in charge showed extremely poor crowd control, leading to an utterly chaotic setup. They seriously need to learn from more competent peers in the industry. For starters, the activity content itself was poorly chosen. Knowing it was a weekend and would be busy, they should have anticipated the crowd and opted for simpler, quicker, and easier-to-manage crafts – something like making a lacquer fan or a TCM sachet, which a group could finish in 5-10 minutes. Instead, they went with the most complicated activity, causing everyone to pile into the room and complain. To top it off, the early start was only announced at the last minute. To make matters worse, they completely disregarded their own rules. Many guests complained that reservations were not honored, and people without reservations were also allowed to join. Even if we overlook the multiple booking groups, the main issue was that anyone who simply ignored the rules could just grab materials and start participating immediately. So, for an activity clearly intended for children, you'd see a family of three: the little boy making two items, his mom making one, and his dad occupying a seat as well. I've been to numerous family hotels where, during off-peak dining hours, they utilize banquet halls for activities, ensuring ample seating for parents to accompany their children at the same table. In situations with limited seating, children typically sit at the activity table while parents use small stools beside them. The priority is always to allow as many children as possible to participate simultaneously, and materials are only distributed to seated kids. I've genuinely never witnessed such disorganization where materials are handed out first, leading to a scramble for seats. What I found most incomprehensible was this: since many parents were waiting, they had their children playing in an adjacent area. One parent controversially took all the toys, preventing other kids from playing, which naturally sparked a heated argument with other parents. The dispute lasted quite a while and escalated. I even had to interject, 'It's getting pretty intense; aren't you going to send someone to de-escalate?' The male staff member simply replied that he was too swamped with people today and wasn't going to get involved. I countered, 'By the time you're free, they might actually be physically fighting!' After a moment's thought, he made a call and summoned another staff member, but offered no guidance or handover. Consequently, the female staff member, completely unaware of the situation, ended up trying to placate a different guest who was complaining about the activity schedule. Meanwhile, the original two parents continued their shouting match for a while longer. 😂 Frankly, if they can't even monitor or control the situation, they are entirely unfit to manage kids' activities. These activities really turned into a major negative point.

Very good experience. I just passed by Yingshan and saw a hot spring sign on the highway. I was tired from driving and just wanted to find a hot spring hotel to stay for one night. I didn't expect that after checking in, the front desk lady upgraded the room type. Seeing that I brought children, she gave me a small gift and introduced the local specialties very carefully. There was no one in the hot spring children's playground area. When I told the child that the playground was not open because there was no one, the service staff immediately turned on the power and opened the children's playground for the three of us. The child was very happy. At 5 pm, I wanted to take some photos of the outdoor hot spring at night for the child, so I asked the service staff when to turn on the lights. I was told that it was 6:30, but then the lights in the outdoor hot spring area were all lit up immediately. I was very moved. The big brother at the counter who rented the swimming ring was very enthusiastic and inflated our own swimming ring for free. The breakfast was also very rich. It was a very unexpected and touching night. If it weren't for the time, I would definitely stay for another day.

The overall experience of staying this time was really pleasant. It was originally booked temporarily. I didn't expect the room, service and breakfast to be online. The front desk checked in very quickly, and also reminded us of the parking location and the direction of the elevator, and we were very patient. The room was very clean, the bed was just soft and hard, and people like me who sleep with back pain anywhere actually slept until the alarm clock rang. There is no smell in the bathroom, the hot water comes quickly and steadily, and the bath experience is a plus. The most surprising thing is that the charging pile is newly installed behind the hotel. We drove here by ourselves. The car was full the next morning. It was really convenient and too friendly to the new energy car. The breakfast variety is not exaggerated, but it is fresh and tastes good, especially the fresh noodles and chaos, which are worthy of this price. The overall feeling is: there is no sense of oppression of ”deliberately dressed high-end”, comfortable, practical, cost-effective, and will choose this next time.

I ran away from the city on weekends and stayed. The mountains and autumn will heal you. As for the small insects, although there are many small insects, it is no problem to close the doors and windows, and they are all beneficial insects. You can call the staff to help deal with them at any time (the courage is very big hh). The hotel is surrounded by mountains and water, and the environment is very good. Opposite is Qianshan Forest Park, where the forest landscape design is unique and novel. I personally feel very comfortable. I arrived at the hotel that day and took my family to visit Qianshan in the afternoon. It was very pleasant. In the evening, I watched the light and shadow show near the surrounding Moon Bay. It is still a good choice to go out for a leisure vacation with your family. The hotel room has been renovated and there are traces of renovation, but the towels, sheets and quilt covers in the room are very clean and soft.

This time I took my family on a self-driving tour and experienced it. I have to say that this one is unexpectedly good! It is an absolute treasure homestay! First of all, the appearance of the hotel is very high-end, the room design is very beautiful, and there are many details full of design sense. I love it! Secondly, the room is very clean and comfortable, and the bed is big enough, so the children and the elderly have a good rest. The boss is very warm and friendly. Since we arrived in the early morning and the child was already asleep, the boss went out to greet us and gave us the room card so that we don’t worry, settle the child first and then come down to check in. It’s very considerate! The next day, we will be picked up and dropped off at Wudang Mountain Scenic Area for free. We are very careful to do everything for us, and we are moved! Just close your eyes and go! This is definitely the first choice for travel! 👍

This stay at Maili Mountain Homestay completely exceeded expectations! The B&B is located near the Enshi Grand Canyon Scenic Area, only a few minutes' drive from the visitor center. The owner kindly provides free pick-up and drop-off service, which is especially convenient for free-travel tourists. The room is simple in design and full of mountain style. The floor-to-ceiling windows face the cliffs of the canyon. When you lie in bed and open the curtains in the morning, you can see the wonder of clouds and mist, as if you are in fairyland. The room is fully equipped with a smart toilet, central air-conditioning system, and projector. The mattress is soft and comfortable, and we are instantly healed after a tiring day. The boss was warm and thoughtful. He not only helped plan the tour route, but also took the initiative to pick us up and drop us off at the scenic spot. The food at the B&B is even better! The breakfast was very filling and had a lot of variety. Considering that northerners love to eat pasta, they gave each of us an extra bowl, which was super warm and thoughtful! ! ! For dinner, I tried the boss's recommended dishes: stewed chicken with morels and fried bamboo shoots with bacon. The ingredients were fresh, the taste was authentic, and the price was affordable. The homestay has a viewing terrace and a tea room. In the evening, you can brew a pot of Enshi Yulu, sit on the terrace, look up and see the starry sky, completely away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Knowing that we wanted to explore the canyon before leaving, the boss gave us a few bottles of water when we checked out. How thoughtful! Whether it is the geographical location, accommodation quality or humanistic services, they are all super good! I highly recommend this to friends who plan to visit Enshi Grand Canyon. As soon as we arrived at the door, Aunt Tan Chunming enthusiastically took us to check in and put our luggage. It was also very pleasant to chat with us during the process of showing us the guest room. Sister Zou Yanxia upgraded the room type for us according to the situation of the remaining rooms, and told us how to eat and play around. The package includes unlimited hot springs, self-help fruit, fish spa, sea salt bath, Chinese medicine space capsule, and buffet breakfast during the stay, which basically meet the one-and-a-half-day play experience and food and accommodation needs. The hot spring has about 50 pools of various types. Even if it is 5.1, there are less than half of the pools that are empty. The experience is great. The quality of the self-service fruit and breakfast is very good. The oranges and cantaloupe are very sweet; the iced milk, various cakes, porridge, noodles and fruits in the self-service breakfast are all very good (after all, the original price is 68 per person). The room facilities are very new, and the quality of the shampoo and shower gel delivered is also very good. Most importantly, when you open the window, you feel like you are in the forest, with beautiful scenery and fresh air. A day of carefree soaking in soup and eating fruits made me realize the happiness of being in a paradise.

The ladies at the front desk are very gentle. There is a welcome service in the room, snacks, drinks and fruits are provided. The only drawback is that the service of the housekeeping department needs to be improved. There is a soaking pool on the balcony. It is normal for people to walk around and there will be water on the ground. I asked the housekeeping department for a mop to mop it. Firstly, I was afraid that the child would fall, and secondly, I was afraid that the floor in the bedroom would be soaked.
