This hotel truly offers excellent amenities. We only spent a few hundred RMB, but it felt like a full-blown vacation – such great value for money! The Southeast Asian-style lobby is beautiful and perfect for photos. Our room was very spacious, and we could even enjoy tea on the balcony. My favorite part was the hot spring area; there were so many varieties, and the wave pool was a blast. My child had an incredibly fun afternoon there. On top of that, the breakfast spread was incredibly rich, and there were so many parent-child activities we couldn't possibly try them all. They even had a foreign staff member operating a trendy mini-train and unique activities like making intangible cultural heritage lacquer fans – clearly, a lot of thought and effort went into making the stay special. The front desk staff had a wonderful service attitude, and we even got a discount on breakfast. The overall experience was simply phenomenal!

I was attracted by the scenery outside the window of a homestay and decided to go on a spontaneous trip. After I made the reservation, I discovered this one, it’s even more beautiful! Although it is much more expensive, it is a higher grade overall. I just cancelled the previous one. It turns out to be really good. The stay was very comfortable. The clerk will turn on the air conditioner in the room in advance, hold an umbrella when it rains, and help with luggage when getting on and off the bus. Pay close attention to details. Not only the decoration, but also the scenery is impeccable. The service is even better. There were several round trips between the tourist center and the hotel by business car. They would help me book a shared car when I went back to the city, which was only 35. Another B&B said 40 before. The food is also very good, and the quality of ingredients is much better than that of other restaurants. I checked in at a few restaurants and the food was average. It’s better to eat comfortably where you live. On the last day, I returned to the city and took a ride with my boss and had a good sleep. You can lie down and greatly relieve fatigue. Enshi Grand Canyon is really tiring. Fortunately, I split the play time into two days. The people here are very nice and welcoming. Friendly reminder: The small restaurant in the visitor center tastes better than the highly rated restaurants outside. Also cheap.

This stay far exceeded my expectations! The room perfectly blended Japanese Zen aesthetics with modern comfort. The mattress was soft, and the amenities were high-end. From check-in to check-out, every detail showcased the hotel's thoughtfulness and sincerity. It's truly a high-quality retreat where you can relax and rejuvenate.

Checked into Jing Shan Tian Mu Hot Spring Hotel, and the experience was absolutely fantastic! The hotel boasts a wide variety of hot spring pools, and the public areas are elegantly designed. The private hot spring rooms are also perfect for a small gathering. Besides soaking in the springs, there are plenty of leisure activities nearby, making for a truly relaxing stay. The service team was incredibly responsive, always ready to assist with any requests, and the front desk staff even kindly recommended local eateries. The hotel's environment is serene, surrounded by lush greenery. We had such a pleasant and relaxing day here, and I'm already looking forward to our next visit!

Facilities: small voice control, large TV, large room area, clean and comfortable. Toiletries are very good, shampoo conditioner is very good, I like to wash my oily hair without dandruff. The bath water is large and the temperature is suitable, the mirror is large, the toilet is separated, and the design is everywhere to meet the needs of people. Hygiene: clean. Environment: beautiful, comfortable inside, outside is the central street, went to the delicious frog knife, and then slipped to the lake for a walk, I really hope to come again in summer. Service: Very satisfied, there are two bottles of water plus two bottles of drinks, there are fruits, I made tea and added two bottles of water to the robot, the front desk warmly gave two cards, I can charge and turn on the air conditioner when I go out to eat, and I am comfortable after I go back. You can smoke, there is a small tea tray where you can make your own tea. Breakfast ordered hot dry noodles and beef miscellaneous powder, and other buffets, breakfast reached the level of a four-star hotel. Originally planned to live here the first day, the next day to the Shanhu Hot Spring Hotel, convenient for hot springs, if I choose again, I will stay for two consecutive nights, the price is cheaper than there, driving not far does not affect the hot springs, the key is comfortable and cost-effective.

I have to say that the soup house must be experienced. It has its own small pool, and you can soak it yourself at night and when you wake up early. The public hot spring pool is also very good, and the environment is also good. There are few people at the time we go, and the experience is very good. Huge thanks to the hotel for the complimentary room upgrade, especially with rooms being so tight during the holiday season! Our family had a wonderful time. The room facilities were convenient, and the in-room hot spring was clean and comfortable. The food at 'Huajianchi' was also quite good, especially the breakfast – a great variety and plenty of space, so it never felt crowded. There are also kids' parks and a ski resort nearby, perfect for children (most guests seem to be here for skiing, and a hot spring dip after skiing is fantastic!). It looks like many businesses are preparing to move in, and I expect the area to be very lively by the second half of 2026. I'll definitely be bringing my family and friends back here again.

I traveled with friends, and overall it was alright. The hot springs are outside the hotel, requiring a walk. There are many hot spring pools with various temperatures and effects. The rooms are fairly standard, and the price is acceptable. The only drawback was the lack of a phone in the room, and the staff kept knocking on the door when we checked out, which was quite annoying.

Very good experience. I just passed by Yingshan and saw a hot spring sign on the highway. I was tired from driving and just wanted to find a hot spring hotel to stay for one night. I didn't expect that after checking in, the front desk lady upgraded the room type. Seeing that I brought children, she gave me a small gift and introduced the local specialties very carefully. There was no one in the hot spring children's playground area. When I told the child that the playground was not open because there was no one, the service staff immediately turned on the power and opened the children's playground for the three of us. The child was very happy. At 5 pm, I wanted to take some photos of the outdoor hot spring at night for the child, so I asked the service staff when to turn on the lights. I was told that it was 6:30, but then the lights in the outdoor hot spring area were all lit up immediately. I was very moved. The big brother at the counter who rented the swimming ring was very enthusiastic and inflated our own swimming ring for free. The breakfast was also very rich. It was a very unexpected and touching night. If it weren't for the time, I would definitely stay for another day.

The environment is very good, the service attitude is very good, everyone is very kind, the service is very considerate, the facilities are complete, and they try their best to meet all the needs of customers. The breakfast is rich, there is a special free children's package, the night view is beautiful, and it is very peaceful. This is I think a very nice hotel.
