Almina, Nino and Haris are the heart and soul of this hotel. The kindest, most down to earth people who went out of their way to help me when I left my phone in a taxi in the early hours of the morning. They spent countless hours trying to help me when they had no reason to.I have never received such amazing hospitality like I did at hotel grand. But also being very accomodating and patient with a difficult situation. The hotel should give them a raise because the selfless acts those three did and going out of their way to help guests is what makes a hotel worth staying at. I would come back here if they are still there. Amazing staff. The management team should reward them. It's hard to find workers like them.

We stayed here for 4 nights at the end of march, the room was a very good size with views of the city and surrounding areas. A large bathroom with a shower and bath tub which was a nice touch. The breakfast provided was more than adequate with a selection of pastries, eggs and fruits. The only issues I had were that the pillows were too soft was almost like you was laying down on the mattress. The room was also very warm and the aircon didn’t work so had to open the window to try and cool the room down. The staff were excellent and more than helpful. The hotel is located 5 minutes from a Tram stop.

It should be the largest parking lot hotel in Sarajevo. It is difficult to find in the old town, but it is quite a long way away from the old town. Our Overseas Adventure Travel tour group was assigned to this hotel. The tour company could not have made a better selection. The room I occupied overlooked the river and the base of a mountain range. The room is beyond spectacular, especially considering less expensive rooms are generally assigned to tour groups. The bathroom features an entire glass wall with curtains to close for privacy. But why? Many of the rooms overlook a busy street and the river. Besides, who’d want to look at a 71-year-old geezer shaving?☺ Windows are insulated blocking cold and street noise. The room is spacious, clean, modern, and has all creature comforts. But beware of the minibar prices. There are small grocers nearby that sell wine for about 6 euros. Buffet breakfast was included for tour group members, so I don’t know if there’s a separate charge for other guests. The hotel staff are amazing and courteous. If only Orlando area hotels could learn from Hotel President Sarajevo.

They even ordered food delivery for me one night as I was unable to use my international phone. Breakfast is included and it's quite a spread - some local dishes as well as eggs, fruit and cold cuts. i also loved the grab and go store in the lobby as well as free coffee or tea all day. A very minor quibble, but housekeeping wasn't as thorough as I would expect but hardly worth losing a star.

We only spent two nights in Medjugorje and we were so glad that we chose this hotel that is close to everythiing. Apparition Hill can be reached by going behind the hotel (rather than following the signs) - ask the staff about this way. Dragana and all of the staff were wonderful and very helpful. The Wifi was fast and we were able to use a table downstairs between meals for some business work we had to do. The rooms are small but very clean and comfortable.

It takes 15 minutes to walk to the old town. When the weather is hot, you will be sunburned if you come back in the afternoon. It is recommended to take the bus back. The hotel room is okay. There is no freshly squeezed juice for breakfast, but the fried vegetables are good, which is satisfactory. I don’t know why we were not charged for parking, but it is a bit difficult to find a parking lot. That is, because the entrance of the hotel is a one-way street, you have to take a detour. I drove to the wrong parking entrance, and then I couldn’t get out or get out. Finally, I asked the hotel waiter to find someone to release the car with me. I have no idea how they can cover any damage to the passport. and actually a great irresponsibility for the hotel. But they don't even care. I need to be honest that I was very disappointed by this hotel as I cannot imagine how this is a 5 star hotel. Except for one very nice and friendly welcome at the reception desk upon arrival I cannot say that I was happy with the hotel. One of the biggest problems was that I did book this hotel because of the apparently giant spa area, which was closed during my stay there. Apparently this isn’t a one time issue, as I found out the spa is regularly closed. I don’t understand why this cannot be stated up-front via email notification and why I didn’t receive any compensation for this problem. I booked the Radon Plaza specifically because of the spa area, otherwise I would have never stayed at this hotel to be honest. One of my worst revelations was actually at the breakfast. I haven’t seen such a gross and disgusting breakfast at a 5 star hotel in Bosnia and I have seen quite a bit now. There was no napkins or silverware to take the items from the buffet, people were using their bare hands. It was just disgusting. The waiters weren’t very friendly either, I had to take my silverware from another table.

One of the best experiences I had. Starting with hotel booking per se, it was fully booked season. I managed to book by direct contact with the front disk as an old loyal customer. Emailing was prompt and to the point when I changed our arrival time. Room location was very nice with Neretva view, spacious with extra bed. The bathroom was excellent. Top clean and quality service at front desk and room service. The breakfast was very good. Hotel location was very convenient. Thank you Bristol Hotel family- it was very nice stay and hope to see you once again.

One of the kind experience in all my light years so far stepping gently on our Mother Earth. Hotel Mepas is an excellent place to stay! The environment is royal and warm. The hotel is a bit away from the ancient bridge, 25 minutes walk, it is recommended to play. But the hotel service is good.

The hotel is located in the center of the old city, close to all the attractions, if you walk, it can be done in 20 minutes, which is convenient. The hotel is an old hotel, but the room is good, especially the room on the top floor where we stayed, with a big terrace, it’s cool. The service is ok, there is no bad, and there is no particularly good place. Good food.

It is my 4th. time in this convenient hotel which is well located. Rooms are large and comfortable. Breakfasts are rich and tasty. Receptionists are very welcoming and helpful. 2 large elevators. I came as a tour guide from Israel with groups and they enjoyed their stay.

This hotel is amazing. The service is superb; you couldn’t ask for more friendly and attentive staff who were knowledgeable about the local area and best places to visit. The location is right in the heart of Mostar near to the bridge and old town and the bedrooms were great quality and spotlessly clean. Breakfast was also amazing with a buffet of hot food, cold continental food, fruit and local baklava style pastries. It was easy to fill up sufficiently to not need lunch! I couldn’t recommend the hotel enough though we were slightly disappointed with the evening meal we had on the first night. It was only when we later compared the meal to what we could have received elsewhere we realised that, despite being nice food, seemed over priced as we didn’t get a lot of the main course to eat. It did include starter, dessert and a coffee and liqueur so overall not bad value, but would have preferred to order al a carte and not set as we wouldn’t have bothered with half of what was included. We were offered the set menu at €25 - €28 each which was cooked under a dome in a traditional Bosnian fashion. They offered it in beef, veal, chicken or fish and, as there were four of us, the waiter suggested we have one of each and share. This sounded like a good idea except the meat portions were so small they were physically difficult to quarter. The fish was a better portion size as it was a whole fish. It came with slow cooked potatoes, peppers, aubergines etc which was delicious but I don’t think we got a portion which was four times the size had we have ordered just one. The starter was a fairly basic salad which was nice but the sharing platter was presented before we’d finished it so felt somewhat rushed. We actually hadn’t finished our pre food drinks before the starter and wine was brought out too. The dessert plates were all different traditional pastries which were just given to us (no selection involved). They were nice and we shared them as much as we could. This is in total contrast to the rest of the hotel experience, I’d just recommend staying here and eating out somewhere else.

We have stayed here many times, and it is one of my top destinations. We stay in the suites, which are separate houses, and are very comfortable. We have stayed in the other rooms before and again, it is great. The breakfast has improved and will suit all guests. The restaurant menu has been changed, and has less of the traditional dishes, pity the platter is gone, as it was a favourite of mine. The biggest change is the pool, being closed to day trippers and now only for hotel guests. This is a bold move and I think it is a brilliant decision. The pool is by far the best I have ever been in. It was always too busy, but now it is tranquil. Amazing place to come and stay. You will not regret it.
