The room is clean and most of the staff were friendly, it's just one staff in the dining area named "Tony", I'm not sure if that was just his way of working, but it feels like he was slamming the plates and doesn't really greet the guests. Most of the food for the breakfast buffet were too salty (meatballs and the grilled pork). There was also someone working in the room besides us, sounds like someone is using a hammer, should've waited for guests to check out before working in the other room. (Photo I uploaded, is not related.)

It has been our second stay at a Henann Hotel and I admit that they never disappoint me in terms of hotel cleanliness and amenities. Great job Henann. Looking forward for my third stay. Keep it up.

Location: its 15mins walk going to the beach but it just on the main road.
Room and facilities: henann is very generous to upgrade my room even without me asking for it. The room is super clean and looks very new. It has a complete amenities.
Staff is very courteous. Overall Hennan is one of the best resort in Boracay.

Stayed 5 nights at Hennan Lagoon and absolutely loved it. It’s just a short stroll to the beach and D’Mall. Breakfast was amazing with heaps of variety. Staff couldn’t be any more helpful, always smiling and keen to make your stay a memorable one. The rooms
are spacious & very clean with daily housekeeping. I loved the touch of having a water pitcher in the room with filtered water dispensers on every floor. The pool was amazing and very clean. Definitely recommend Hennan Lagoon if travelling to Boracay.

All staff in hotel was very polite and helpful. Room is cleaned. Receptionist also help us to secure our luggage because we just book 2nights instead of 3 night. We booked another 1 night and while waiting for our next check in he offered me to secured our luggage while my partner is on our way to activities in beach! I did not get the guy name but i think the one who is *** hehe. Thank you so much for the smooth experience henann lagoon! We will surely back there again! And i hope to see you!

Loved my time here! Perfect location near both beaches, super clean. The staff were extremely hospitable, always ready to help with a smile. The facilities were a bit fancy, which was a pleasant surprise, making the stay feel extra special. Definitely coming back!

We had an amazing stay! The hotel offers everything, very clean and friendly. The location is excellent in the middle of Station 2 and station 3 where you want to be. The pool is amazing with a great bar pool. The breakfast buffet was worth it and we looked forward to it every morning. We would love to come back!

Great hotel. Staff are very helpful and kind. Good location, everything is walking distance. Rooms are clean. Breakfast is good and pool and amenities are nice.

Location is far from the beach. No available shuttle to hop to other Henann hotels. Breakfast is disappointing. Staff are friendly and accommodating. Will not stay here again.
