Park Inn Aberdeen

Great location in city centre and efficient friendly service from reception staff. Limited facilities due to COVID-19 restrictions but there is an evening bar available with craft beers on tap. Comfortable bed ans spacious standard room. Good shower. Would stay again next time I visit Aberdeen.

Not our first time staying at a radisson blu hotel but this was our first in Aberdeen didn’t know what to expect with some of the reviews but we had a brilliant stay.We booked a woucher break and there was a problem when we arrived at reception (my error) she was brilliant and assured me she’d get it sorted and she did.And made sure the Prosecco went to the other room as well as ours. We were greeted with smiles from every member of staff and couldn’t do enough for you szymone in the restaurant and the girls the bar staff reception and house keeping are first class thank you all I’m sure we’ll be back.

The stay was worth while. Had a pleasant rest and woke up refreshed. The staff at the reception and bar were so welcoming. But one thing i was not okay with was the fact that the rooms didnt have a refridgerator. The hotel should look into providing even small ones for the use of guests.

Always stay at the property when with friends and always our go to! however attempted to amend a booking to a cheaper night and the hotel was extremely unaccomodating despite this being days in advance and due to emergency. Will rethink about when next booking.

This hotel is located centrally so good access to the city. The hotel is clean and good value for money. The staff are outstanding. Very helpful, incredibly polite and understanding, they are an absolute credit to the company. Downsides, Only one and these days it’s a big one. The whole five days I was there the WiFi was unusable. I was lucky to stay connected for more than a couple of minutes. This was incredibly frustrating as I needed it for work. This situation put the staff under a lot of unnecessary pressure dealing with complaints. So I would say please check before you book especially if you’re planning to stay there for work. Other than that I would recommend it. I’ve stayed there three times now and apart from this time I’ve had no issues.

Poor organisation at breakfast, mattress and pillows like bricks . Cold food. Staff very pleasant but not as impressive as previous visits a few years ago. It’s gone downhill
