Very nice place to stay with friends and family. Staff are very accommodating from bell desk to reception area.

The hotel is inside Adnec, literally a hallway and reach the exhibition, excellent location, near embassies. Also it has outdoor seating with pool, but during my visit pool was under maintenance sadly. Big rooms, comfy beds, but some rooms were lacking the hotel facilities such as toothbrush, sandals and etc. Nice city and pool view but other rooms it was just rock view. For the coffee in the room they used paper cup’s which was unacceptable since i will drink coffee more than once and it was getting loose each time, and i should each time call the workers for coffee cup, tissue, and others. Some receptionist were friendly, but others were literally rude, which was not nice from them. They took too much time to check me in, I waited a-lot, and no enough seating place in the reception, which was getting crowded fast. Good luggage service, and while checkout they were cooperative. They have separate level for smoking guests, so non smoking guests don’t get bothered, which was great. Excellent breakfast with wide variety of food, also the waiters were super helpful and friendly when asked for something or help. Hotel decoration was quite crowded with colors which i personally did not like. Overall hotel was good and for business purpose this hotel is your place.

Staff couldn’t be bothered to direct and assist to the room. The advertised swimming pool was not available as there was going to be a party till 3am. I received no prior notification of this. It was noisy and we couldn’t sleep even though we were on the side away from the party. There were no plugs next the bathroom mirror and no mirror in the room. I couldn’t style my hair with the straightener as I wanted. The room itself was very dark. The lighting was not adequate. The breakfast was very nice. Plenty of variety. The room was also tidy and clean.

The facility was clean and cosy as usual. The location was really the best for me , calm but lively. I really enjoyed my stay.

We celebrated our anniversary and it was wonderful. The booking and check-in were smooth, and our room was clean and comfortable with great amenities. We enjoyed the rooftop pool, and the restaurant served delicious food. The staff made our stay special with a beautifully decorated room. Overall, Aloft Abu Dhabi provided excellent service and luxurious amenities. Highly recommended for a special getaway.

As always, a very friendly staff a great service and breakfast in Aloft Abu Dhabi. Thanks to trainee Ibrahim at the front desk for his welcoming smile and great service. Also for front desk officer Kumar for his great help.

Check in was long even thought there were no other guests. Frontdesk agent stopped to attend to other guest's intervention requests twice during my checking, totally leaving me in lurch. Poor attitude. No communication between front desk and room service after i requested for ice bucket during check in. Avoid this hotel.

Nice hotel. Room is big and clean. Staff is very efficient and polite.

Our stay at Aloft was overall pleasant, thanks to the assistance of Duty Manager Aila, who was exceptionally helpful and kind. She ensured we had a nice room, which we truly appreciated. However, our experience was marred by an unfortunate incident with the receptionist, Larbi. When I went down to pay for a cocktail as planned (instead of during checkout), I realized I had forgotten my room key. Larbi's reaction was unwelcoming and judgmental. He made me feel uncomfortable by insinuating assumptions and even called my husband without asking if I wanted to speak with him. This behavior was disrespectful and completely unnecessary, especially considering I had just come from the elevator with wet hair and in pajamas. While the service from Aila was commendable, Larbi's unprofessionalism significantly tarnished our overall impression of the hotel. It’s disappointing that such an incident overshadowed an otherwise enjoyable stay.
