First of all it has to be said, that we had a very pleasant welcoming! The location of the hotel is perfect. The staff is very friendly and we really enjoyed the pool area. We also added breakfast at check-in and got a discount for it which we appreciated!

Unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing. The dinner was unappetizing, and the cleanliness was a serious issue. The mattresses on the poolside long chairs were dirty, and all the chairs were broken. The jacuzzi was filthy, with hair floating in the water. The breakfast was also very poor, with hardly any options available, and shockingly, no fruit at all. Overall, i wouldn’t recommend this hotel at all!

Very good location hotel, staff are very polite, especially the Saudani receptionist, he always upgrades our room to a deluxe room, and room service is very quick, and housekeeping staff very clean good behavior, Thankx to Mrs farouq housekeeping always greeting my husband , cause we are regular guest
