Good location and good view

Our stay was absolutely brilliant. The service was excellent, the food was excellent quality and the stay was very comfortable.

Horrible experience!! It was so bad that I checked out immediately upon checking in. I was checked into room 1400. The sofa handle had some white powder uncleaned. When I informed the bell boy who was sending in our luggages, he called the housekeeping supervisor. The supervisor came shortly afterwards and merely used a cloth to dust the white powder onto the floor carpet. The room lights were also flickering non-stop. Everything was just disastrous. The photos online were also so different from the actual room condition. Photos attached.

Good place and luxury view, nice staff, clear sky but my period is very hot, inside is good and fitness and other facility is also good

We had a great time here. Multiple pools, private beach and a nice Belgian beer cafe with spacious outdoor seating. The breakfast was fantastic as well. Special thanks to Dilun serving at the outdoor bar. Great chat and customer service.

Perfect hotel

The room is very big, the environment is very good, it is very close to the exhibition hall, it only takes 5 minutes to get there, very convenient. There are also good restaurants around, and it is convenient to travel, which is very good.

This old InterContinental is not luxurious or high-end at all [face covering]... but the staff service is good, the swimming pool facilities are good, and the main focus is high cost performance. The Half board package is great value for money, and the location is OK. You can see it with your eyes open or closed. Etihad Building...If you don’t have high requirements for decoration, environment, etc., you can enter with your eyes closed, haha

We arrived at the hotel at 8:30 pm local time, checked in and bought the buffet on the third floor of the hotel. The bellman sent us to the room first, and found that the room was not cleaned, there was garbage in the trash can, and there was only one pair of slippers that had been used by the previous guest ( Because one is outside and the other is in the shoe cover), one bath towel is on the shower room handle (it's still a little wet), and the other is on the towel rack. There is only one towel. When I asked the question at the front desk, the front desk changed the suite to a suite with only one bed. , we booked a twin room, and we gave our opinion to the front desk again, and the front desk added an extra bed in the room. It was so soft that we were not used to sleeping on it. We asked for a twin room again, and we went back and forth to the front desk three times, but still no one. To solve the problem, I was finally given a small room with no luggage rack. I moved it from room 930 to 932 and then to 1210. It was smaller than the room I booked. I was exhausted after all the trouble. It was around 9pm and I bought three of them. The buffet dinner on the first floor was NT$100 ADM per person. By the time we entered the restaurant, there was very little food. Several of the stoves were already empty. There were only vegetable salads left, bread and small pieces of cake, and two soup pots. It was also empty, and there were only bones left in the mutton. There was basically nothing to eat. As a world-famous hotel brand, InterContinental, this kind of service concept and quality management allows guests to have such an experience. It is very, very unpleasant. Good feeling! I experienced the shower room [covering my face] and the water was not flowing smoothly. After taking a bath for 15 minutes, my two feet were completely soaked in the water [crying loudly]. The two shower heads were furnished and could not be adjusted at all! Dinner may be late due to room issues, so many varieties are gone! I didn’t even have a full dinner, so I went to bed hungry💤 Hygiene: poor Service: Poor Facilities: Poor (the adjustment button for the shower head in the shower room is a decoration and cannot be used)

It's like my own home, very nice. Very kind. I won't be bored alone. I will only choose this shop, there is nothing else. After getting off the plane, the hotel can send someone to pick me up at the airport.
