The location of the hotel on the island, the hotel has an all-inclusive system. Bars on the beach. Inside the hotel there are bars with good quality alcohol. Very tasty melted ice cream on the beach.

i was here November 2022 and feel it has slipped a bit since my visit this November. things like rubber ice buckets they used to bring to you round the sunbeds full of ice and drinks that has gone , the wonderful Saturday brunch outside like a fairground gone. the swimming pool full of floating inflatables and out of hand kids. i also had a couple of bad dinners at the a la carte restaurant's. on the positive the staff are all so helpful and attentive the hotel is still wonderfully clean they will do anything for you, and a big shout out to KB and Eflalbera who really looked after us round the pool you are a credit to the company. Even with the negative comments i still hope to come next year and the management take this on board

One of our best trips, the hotel did not disappoint, everything was at the highest level, both the service and the entire experience during the stay. I wish all hotels cared about their customers like this. We were with a five-year-old child, the hotel is very close to attractions such as Worner Bros, see world, ferrari park. Our child was delighted with the animations in the hotel and the beach. The food is very tasty, everyone will find something for themselves.

Impeccable service, stunning surrounds, fantastic kids water park and wave pool. Idyllic beaches. So clean and perfect. The professional helpful and lovely staff go above and beyond to make sure you have a perfect stay. Highly recommend

The hotel is immaculate so so clean . A la carte restaurants all lovely. We booked ours for the week when we checked in . Drinks and cocktails brilliant all premium labels . We loved the free activities of yoga , ice bath , bike ride tour and free spa and sauna .The staff were all fantastic always smiling and worked so hard . The pool was pretty noisy but we stuck to the adults only side of the beach .They could do with an adults only pool if I am being really picky !! The beach is just amazing. When the sea is calm it is like a mill pond we will definitely be back . Thanks for a fab holiday Rixos

The property and rooms are in the excellent condition. The rooms are spacious, well-equipped, and features very comfortable beds. The beach is stunning and impeccably clean, with almost white sand and crystal -clear water.The pool and beach are designed for adults are highly appreciated. The breakfast lunch dinner buffet everything was so testy. All staff was friendly and helpful. We would like to extend special mr kurban from housekeeper did amazing job. He attentive and friendly manner made our stay truly unforgettable. Highly recommended!!
