For many months I have been staying at the BR Residences The BRR facilities are excellent and always kept very clean and well maintained. As per my previous BRR reviews, its very best assets are the excellent staff! All teams are exceptional and dedicated - whether housekeeping, front desk, beach, coffee shop, concierge, management, gym, maintenance, etc - everyone is so warm, helpful and professional. Many staff contribute positively to the overall experience, so it is impossible to name-check everyone. Some special thanks to: HOUSEKEEPING - Kyaw ("Chaw") - very hard working, always so friendly and polite to all guests, excellent attention to detail CONCIERGE - Sampath, Sankar, Talal are all very attentive to guests FRONT DESK - Selah, Charmene, Aeshan, Vaishali, Priya are all very warm and professional GARDEN RESTAURANT - Darlima - an absolute delight, cheery and so hard working GYMS - Anna, Liberty, Lorie, Mowaffa (Manager - very warm, motivated and attention to detail, great public persona) G/F COFFEE SHOP - Dhurba, Thein (both so friendly) BEACH - Rassika always greets everyone and helps out his colleagues, very hard working However, my continuing gratitude to ALL of the staff - each is a credit to the Rotana brand.

As of writing we have lived in the Beach Rotana Residences for over three years. We love it here. We have full access to all hotel amenities, which is incredible. The Concierge service is exceptional and friendly, likewise the reception also. A special mention has to go to Aravind, who is part of the housekeeping team on the 9th floor. He is exceptional keeping our apartment very clean and ensuring everything is working properly, constantly smiling whilst grafting.

Уже второй год подряд для отдыха с семьей осенью выбираем Saadiyat Rotana и каждый раз уезжаем с желанием вернуться еще. Номера супер комфортные, еда вкуснейшая везде, пляж красивейший. Мне очень нравится, что отель подходит как для отдыха вдвоем, так и для приезда с детьми. Каждый из членов команды, начиная с работников пляжа, баров, ресторанов, ресепшен, заканчивая командой guest relations и protocol manager (mr.Henry) делают все для того, чтобы каждый чувствовал себя особенным и желанным гостем в каждый момент пребывания в Rotana Saadiyat. Огромное спасибо всей команде, в особенности Нурлану из guest relations за заботу, внимание и за то, как чудесно организовали нам поздравление сына в день его рождения. Rotana Saadiyat - определенно то место, в которое наша семья будет возвращаться не раз🫶🏼

Excellent stay at Beach Rotana Residences.
i stopped in the beach rotana residencies, just to the side of the main hotel, it was lovely and quiet, the hotel is modern and immaculately clean, all amenities you will ever need, the breakfast was full of choice to suit all tastes and the quality and presentation is 10/10, what really makes this hotel is the staff, everyone is so friendly and welcoming and nothing seems to much trouble, special mention to Mr Aeshan on reception , a complete professional in customer service, thank you sir.

I have lived here for nearly 4-years and cannot say enough about the abilities of the front of house staff. In particular, the housekeeping team of Nursida and Jackie, under the ever-professional and helpful Tracy, are just wonderful people who are great ambassadors for the company. I really have a great deal of time for them and will miss them a great deal when I do finally depart.

Хороший отель с шикарным пляжем.Питание fb напитки включены во время еды, кроме алкоголя, любые соки, колы и тд.Всё было вкусно. Везде чисто, ухожено, все приветливые.Море из семи дней два дня с волнами, остальные дни спокойное, похоже на океан на Кубе.Отдельное спасибо менеджеру Nurlan, благодаря ему почувствовали себя желанными гостями! С удовольствием вернемся еще.

Очень хороший отель с отличным сервисом. С момента входа в отель и на протяжении всего отдыха все (ресепшен, менеджеры, официанты, служба безопасности) всё время интересуются и стараются помочь. Хороший выбор еды на завтрак и ужин в ресторане Сим-Сим. Для тех кто любит заказывать еду по меню есть 3 ресторана (нам больше понравился Хэмилтон, чем итальянский). Уборка 2 раза в день, несколько раз оставляли сладости и подарки для детей. Отдельно стоит отметить менеджера Нурлана за его доброжелательность и всю команду Guest Services, у моей старшей дочери был день рождения, они ей организовали очень вкусненький тортик со свечками и в номер, и ещё один во время ужина в ресторане. Шикарный пляж и море, детям очень понравился большой и не глубокий бассейн.
