Very dirty mattress and pillow. I asked them to change them and brought a new dirty one.

I had a very nice Stay, cozy and clean hotel. Staff are good and accommodating , amenities are good and foods are amazing.

Love the place.. Great experience alone with jacuzzi and sauna and the breakfast is awesome with a lot of choices..💕 Highly recommended.

Service of Novotel is not stable… some times you get good service some times not…
After a while out of town, I stayed in Novotel for one night again.
I called for more water after check in as I knew myself I could finish 1L of water in 2 hours.
When the house keeper came, he asked me for the empty bottle with which they used to fill in water before he could give me new one with water.
I understand some ppl might wanna take their bottle but come on! If that’s the concern of the hotel, ask the guest for deposit for the bottle then! If anyone ever take it, deduct the money from the deposit.
It is no sense to “protect the environment” while keeping your guests thirsty! And it would also rise concerns for me how these bottles are being cleaned?!
Stupid!

Everything just ok, not really high not bad, I don't expect more because I knew it, compare other 4 star hotel, I like the hotel, but it s not my first option to stay again, maybe second option if others hotel busy, but it s good to try, the only I like is pool for kids. Lobby area to crowded and small space..
