Old facilities, even the water boiler will burst some occasional noise… but can’t complain too much with the price.

Good stay and nicely assist in lobby stuff and they really make sure to clean your room in next day stay.

Everything was very good, starting from the easy checkin that took less than 5 mins, and everyone was smiling at your face and keep asking if you need anything to make your accommodation better
I was booking a king deluxe room, they upgraded mine to junior Suite room
The breakfast has a variety of items that suits all types vegetarians and non vegetarians
The swimming pool is a bit small, but very clean and they offer towels with showers and changing rooms.
The hotel also has a gym with variety of equipment.
At last the hotel was very good and i highly recommend visiting the place for your short stays.

Excellent hotel! Located in the very center, near a transport stop and a large shopping center. The rooms are large and clean. The room has everything you need. There is also a swimming pool and gym. I recommend it, I really liked the hotel!

We booked 4 hotel rooms but notice the difference with the televisions, 2 rooms got smart tv and the other two got small normal tv. The hallway is so small and looks so old. The curtain inside the rooms are damage and have holes. The location is perfect its near groceries and pharmacy even for food.

Arrived at hotel due to IT issue they can only see 1 room booked which they compensated by upgrade nothing wrong to mention friendly staff nice location and breakfast too good.

The AC and the mini fridge is not working properly, we ask to transfer room but they told us that someone will come to fi, and after that they are tried to fix the AC but still the same not cold, we didnt sleep comfortably, this is our first and last to this hotel

Approximately 30 minutes away from Abu Dhabi airport, Copthorne Downton is perfectly placed for all your needs. Shopping mall, Ferrari World, Yas marina are all 19 minutes away by car. Room was spacious and very homely.
Ladies at reception are real strength, dealing with no matter how big a problem with speed and efficiency. The concierge was very helpful and courteous. All the staff were eager to make my stay as comfortable as possible
I will definitely come back as I felt genuinely welcomed.

Nice hotel in a good location
Concierge guy was really helpful.
Good gym and pool.
We slept well and rooms were comfortable. My only negative was that the room smelled pretty bad but we got used to it!

The location of the hotels and the reception staff are very good. But the internet was working very slowly and the air conditioning was not working well

We’ve been traveling by for nearly a year and this was the best sleep we’ve had in months! Miles was super friendly and made checkin a breeze. We felt very welcomed! We were very lucky and received a room upgrade to a beautiful suite, but I think the room we had booked would have been nice as well. We would definitely stay here again if we return to Abu Dhabi.
