I feel that the hotel is very cost-effective, the service is very thoughtful, and there is a small kitchen~ The location is good, next to the embassy and the convention center, and the Louvre or corniche beach are within a 30-minute drive. The underground parking lot is also very convenient

Very welcoming hotel. We enjoyed during our stay in the hotel. The services were excellent and fast. Thanks to Gaizil the receptionist for providing amazing services and fulfilling our needs and even calling back after our checkout to ensure the pleasant of our stay. I will definitely come again 😃.

The hotel location was not as convenient as the other reviews said. It’s at the convention centre area instead of downtown and thus we needed to take buses to go to the downtown or other destinations every day. Luckily the bus stops were near the hotel. A small comment was that the housekeeping could be slightly more efficient. They said one minute every time but it could be a couple of hours.

I always like staying in Rotana hotel groups because the service is always good. Especially when trip offers better price some time. Very nice hotel.

I liked the clean rooms and quiet hallways. I was also satisfied with the parking facilities. The bathroom was clean. The kitchen lacked a lot of cooking utensils, but overall I was satisfied.

Spacious, modern rooms, excellent housekeeping, comfy bed. No USB charging ports, so bring a plug. Large walk in shower, clean and complementary toiletries., The pool is a decent size, plenty of sun beds (no sunshades unless you specifically ask, which is a pain). Gym is pretty well kitted out, nice sauna and steam room available without charge. There’s no bar but there is a restaurant, and a really good supermarket just over the road that has brilliant hot food and a deli. On the downside, there’s not much to do in the vicinity, unless you need to go to the exhibition centre which is right next door.
