Lifeguard (girl), name *******, was rude and not polite at all, kept following me whenever I swam, standing beside & among pool area. She kept scrolling around pool area & standing up in the barriers between jacuzzi & pool. There was no privacy or any space for us customers. A child was walking to his parent and she scolded him for running but it was not the case. ******* tried so hard to find any small mistake from everyone. My child was going down the ladder to the pool and got scolded too. She was not professional at all and kept following all the customers. I felt like I had a personal bodyguard as she was following me wherever I swam. I expected better service from this hotel. VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH ******* (apartment lifeguard) all guests did not have privacy at all.

Breackfast too crowded. Definitively not a 5 stars hotel in my opinion

As usual, I always book with Marriott Hotel. It was one of my favorite hotel apartments in Abu Dhabi. It was the best hotel. Good services complete facilities, friendly staff. Highly recommended. Cozy spaces.

Very good

A perfect stay. This time I checked in two properties of Marriott downtown, one is a hotel and the other is an apartment, both are higher than expected. When we checked in, two bedrooms were gone and we were upgraded to a three-bedroom apartment. The rooms looked newer than the pictures. Each bedroom was huge. The kitchen had basically everything, including a water purifier and dishwasher. It was no problem to cook by ourselves. For ingredients, you can go to the lulu hypermarket opposite. The prices are similar to those in Shanghai and there are many choices. There are Chinese check-in instructions when checking into the hotel, which is friendly to guests who do not understand English.

A large family traveled and stayed in a suite, 6 large and 1 small, three independent rooms with their own bathrooms and a large living room. The sanitary conditions are very good! Dining in the surrounding shopping malls is also very convenient! The dining on the top floor of the hotel is also delicious and impressive!

Conveniently located in the city center. Free parking in the underground parking lot, doorman valet parking. The apartment is really big, 170 or 80 square meters. The living room is huge. Children can run around. There are 3 large rooms, all of similar size, very comfortable to live in. Each room has a bathroom. The kitchen is also large and has all the kitchen utensils. There is a washing machine, but it does not have a drying function. Go out the main entrance of the lobby, turn left, and immediately turn left again. After walking for 100 or 200 meters, there is a small convenience store on the left hand side, where you can buy daily necessities and drinking water.

The upgraded presidential suite is large, spacious and comfortable. The living room is square and the study is quiet. It has a kitchen and dining room and a large bathroom. The hotel is located in the city center. There are shopping malls across the road where you can eat and hang out. Quite beautiful

When driving from Dubai to Abu Dhabi, you can drive to the main entrance of the Marriott Hotel, where the valet will park your car and help you pick up your luggage, which is very convenient. Check-in can also be done at the hotel, because the front desk at the apartment did not see anyone on duty for two days. Breakfast is on the M floor of the hotel. There are many people. We met study tour groups and Indian groups, and there were many Chinese people. I met a Chinese-speaking staff member in the lobby who had a very nice attitude. The swimming pool in the hotel is on the 25th floor, semi-outdoor, with a small hot pool. The swimming pool in the apartment is on the 8th floor, just a swimming pool. The living room of the room is very large, and the washing machine and dishwasher in the kitchen are very useful. There is a big mall diagonally opposite the hotel, and there is also a large Lulu market underground, which has a lot of food. We bought rice, stewed vegetables, stewed beef, burritos, milk, yogurt, and fruits. We can heat them up and have a meal when we come back. Dinner is done. It happened to be my family's birthday. The hotel wrote a card and sent a small cake. It was full of sincerity and a great surprise!

In a three-bedroom apartment, the overall rooms and facilities are well maintained. However, almost all three bathrooms have floor drains and blocked sewers. Water sprays out like a small fountain, causing the entire bathroom to flood with water. I called the hotel for the first time to report the problem, but when I came the next day, no repairs were done. As soon as the water was turned on in the shower, the sewer floor drain started to spray water. I reported it to the hotel, and they boasted that it had been repaired and no water sprayed. I was really helpless, so I took a video and sent it to the hotel through Ctrip. Finally, someone who looked like a manager came and brought someone to fix it. But then the water started coming out again... There was only one bathroom for the whole family to take a bath, so they were drunk. I complained to Ctrip again, and a Chinese customer service manager later came up, claiming that he was on vacation a few days ago and didn't know anything about it. A sigh, that's it. I have no favorable impressions of Dubai or Abu Dhabi. Except for the rumored wealthy people, most of the countries I saw were the street scenes and styles of small fifth-tier cities in China.

There are quite a lot of varieties in the buffet breakfast. In addition to Western dishes, there are also Asian-style fried rice noodles and dumplings. The breakfast is different every day and the service is very good. It's just that the entrance and exit of the hotel parking lot are narrow, and we only stopped once. Everything else is very good. There is a Mall diagonally opposite, which has everything, which is very convenient. Abu Dhabi is a great place to travel. Next time you come, you must still live here.

Naturally, the room facilities are not as good as those in the hotel. The breakfast is with the hotel, which is very rich. There is a Chinese hot pot nearby, so it’s okay~
