The room felt average and the staffs were not so welcoming they were all looking sort of grumpy.. only the cart driver service felt the best. Kindly do a work shop for the staffs for betterment of tourists service .

It would be better if they provide more toiletries especially the hair shampoo and conditioner also the body wash too. But over all it is Good For Me .All staff are accommodating and helpful.

It was an amazing experience the staff were super friendly, helpful, and the service was amazing. the pool was very relaxing and safe. when I return to Abu Dhabi I will definitely stay in this hotel again. it has everything you need restaurants, a mall with everything in it, coffee shops and many more.

The hotel took us by shock we literally only came for one night and it was absolutely phenomenal the jacuzzi is breath taking !!!!

We stayed in a 1br unit, me and my husband. The unit was spacious and clean. We had some issues with the water and we we called the reception about it, they sent the maintenance in an instant. I love that the rooms have windows for natural light ๐
The staff were all cheerful and accommodating. I am almost 9 months pregnant and they were all considerate
of me not having to let me walk.
When we checked out, we had a chat with Sachin who drove the baggy for us and he was nice enough to offer to take us around. He let us have small tour around and take some pictures. He was patient with us and even offered to take the pictures for us.
We will definitely come back ( after recovery from giving birth probably ๐)

Upon check in, the receptionist was polite and helpful. The staff who brought our bags helped us a lot since the room was on the top and there was no lift. It will be much better if there is a lift especially for the babies buggies in going up. The pool was okay but it will be more enjoyable if there was a little bit of a shade especially this summer time it was too hot so we were not able to enjoy the pool too much. Atleast a little renovation will help to preserve the quality and standard of the hotel. Some paints looks old already. But overall we enjoyed our stay, it just needs a little improvement.
