The hotel is close to a supermarket and bus stop. Clean and has kitchen utensils and a washing machine provided. (studio room)

The space is large, the room is old, and the sound insulation is average

Poor value for money! Worse service!

I believe the place is overpriced. The gym was not accessible when i was there also the pool is just 4ft. I cannot even swim on that. Pros: mazyad mall is attached to hotel and you have access to mall and can get food easily at lulu. Nice and comfortable rooms but overpriced

I would rate my experience as average. The hotel is conveniently connected to mazyad mall, which is a definite plus. It made shopping and dining very accessible. However, i found the hotel to be overpriced for the facilities available. The rooms were decent but lacked the luxurious feel that one would expect for the price. The amenities were basic and did not justify the high cost. Overall, while the location is great due to its connection to the mall, the value for money just isn't there. I would consider staying elsewhere unless the rates become more reasonable.

Nice average hotel. I just needed a place to rest, glad i found it. The connection between room, mall and parking through elevator is admirable.

Internet not working and ac not working furniture looks old kitchen has one spoon and one glass only

It was a comfortable stay everything is accessible, location was perfect for our stay thanks

The room size was good, but with 2 children they provided only 1 bed. Hot plate cook top provided in the room was of 4 plates of which only 1 was working. Only 2 utensils were provided for cooking. Ac controller was not working well. Rest all was good. Restaurant and house keeping staff were nice.

The worst stay I ever have with this hotel The reception are very kind and smiling but the maintenance is so bad I face blocking in the kitchen 10 days can’t solve the problem with bad smile the facility becom so old and not recommended any moor

Very nice and comfortable room bathroom are clean and kitchen more nice anythings can cook by your self.

Sanitizers are kept in lifts and room keys are given with no contact
