Great stay, clean, nice staff in abu dabhi Very near the abu dabhi mall

The room was not as advertised, and was basic and not worth the price paid. Very misleading photos, raised concerns with the manager and all he could say is that it was photoshop and I can cancel through the third party- which takes 14 days so not an option at the time. The room is fine and all amenities you need are in there. but just advertised as a more luxurious stay than you receive. Some people rely on the photos of the rooms when picking from half way across the world, I suggest updating the site to reflect the room correctly to avoid any other upset customers. Overall the staff were friendly, including security guard and location ok. Right near Abu Dhabi mall.

I had a pleasant stay at the hotel, location is great if you are looking for a place in the center of Abu Dhabi. Room was very spacious and would definitely consider again for a stay in Abu Dhabi

Stuff are amazing but they need to figure out a sortie the smell in the rooms and furniture that wads the king observation about the hotel other than Taft it’s was really a value for money the space is huge the location is perfect, Stuff are friendly

The most satisfying hotel in my recent trip. The overall hotel service, environment, internal facilities, and location are very good. The hotel service staff are very professional and thoughtful. Apartment suite, it is very convenient to make breakfast by yourself. In the city center, it is convenient to various attractions, malls, supermarkets, and restaurants. The most important platform booking price is also very favorable, exceeding expectations. Five-star recommendation

I looked for reviews, but there weren't many. There were negative reviews. After reading them, I was very upset. I even wanted to cancel. It's good that I didn't cancel. We were met well. Check-in was at night, after 12. The room was large, with a living room. Everything was clean. Bed linen and towels were snow-white. There was no bad smell. The furniture was not disheveled. (Compared to the Uzbekistan Hotel, which was absolutely awful). We really liked the hotel. I didn't go to the sauna, hamam or the pool. As for the pool, my child said it was cool. The location was great. There are cafes and a lot of shops nearby. The mall is across the road. They respond quickly to requests. There is a prayer room (for namaz). We bought a ticket to Ferrari Park through the reception. Overall, we really liked it. Thanks to the hotel staff 🌹🌹🌹
