This is one of the best hotels we’ve ever stayed at. Me and my husband are very picky about cleanness. The hotel met all our expectations. Super clean, elegant, cozy. The room was big with a magnificent view. I loved the shampoo and conditioner, made my hair so smooth and shiny. Breakfast was so delicious, the quality of the food was very good. I loved the bird outdoor which protected our food from the crows. The dinner buffet was very nice. So many varieties, we enjoyed a lot. The staff was friendly and polite. The beach is one of my favorites, very clean and cozy. This is my first time ever to leave a hotel review. I have no enough words to describe how amazing our experience was. We will definitely go back. The hotel is 1000 out of 10. Thank you!

Beautiful beach

Park Hyatt hotel earns 5 stars when it comes to service and luxury. The reception staff were extremely polite, presentable and proactive. They gave us a turtle toy when they say we had a toddler checking in, when we asked for late checkout it was offered without hesitation or making a big fuss about it. The pools are great but would definitely benefit from a shading system like trees or shade sails. The sun lounges were too close to each other on the pool but by the beach they were well separated. I love that the towels are present on the lounges saves time and effort to go collect from a booth. The beach itself was the highlight of my stay despite the water being hot due to summer season, I still enjoyed it alot. One recommendation to make the experience a 10 out of 10 is to make a walking track on the sand to protect our poor feet from the heat as it is a long walking distance to reach the lounges and the actual beach. The kids club needs more attention, it is tiny and messy inside. The outside area is good but too hot for summer. I would definitely repeat my visit when prices are a bit budget friendly because when it comes to customer service the staff here definitely stand out. I tried their buffet breakfast and the food, service and variety were excellent. The bakery section behind the pasta bar needs to have a wider entrance to make the access easier. The hotel was exceptional the room with the sea view was beautiful. The beach was amazing and super clean, the pool was good but I hoped for larger one.

Very satisfied, the room is big and the facilities are good, the breakfast is good, but the dinner is not good. In general, the sea view room is highly recommended. The swimming pool is very big and good, and someone provides free mineral water

The lobby is simply decorated. It is neither modern nor luxurious. The breakfast is good, and the buffet dinner is average. The sea and beach are perfect. Very nice hotel.

We booked a suite, which included two breakfasts and dinners. Our child was nine years old. According to the hotel regulations, half-price breakfasts and dinners should be charged, but in fact the hotel did not charge. Breakfast and dinner were buffets, which was difficult to satisfy for Chinese stomachs. There were few vegetables, and even if there were, they were not suitable for Chinese people. The overall service was not particularly attentive, but everything was done very well. The suite had a very good sea view and two bathrooms. The faucet in the master bathroom of the room kept running on the first night. After we gave feedback, the hotel said that it would take some time to repair it and we could change to another suite. We thought it was too late, so we didn't change it. When we came back the next day, it had been repaired, and the hotel gave us an apology letter. We actually understood it in our hearts, but the hotel still compensated us with a bottle of red wine and some fruits. We didn't enjoy the red wine, and the fruits there were indeed not very sweet. The hotel has a kidsclub, where you can borrow sand digging tools, and some staff accompany to organize activities such as graffiti. Our children are a little older and don't like to go there. There is a private beach in front of the hotel. Every morning, you can see staff driving a small car to organize the beach. The beach is finer as you get to the sea, and the sea water is blue-green. In fact, I think it is better than Sanya, clearer and the sand is slightly finer. The staff from top to bottom of the hotel have a strong sense of security. There are ready-made taxis at the door of the hotel, and most of them can be used with credit cards. Every day when we go out, the hotel staff will take the initiative to ask if we need a taxi. If necessary, they will help us wave and call a taxi and tell the driver the destination, and will also record the room number, destination, and taxi license plate number. Once I was not feeling well and did not go to the restaurant for dinner. My wife took the children to the restaurant. When I came back, my wife said that every waiter in the restaurant would ask where I was when he led the table. So I joked that if an incident like "disappeared her" happened here, the hotel might feel something was wrong at the first time, hahaha. The only two things to complain about in the room are the hair dryer and toothpaste. The hair dryer is noisy. I thought it was powerful, but it actually couldn't be dried for half a day. The toothpaste is ordinary Colgate, which is a little low-grade. Overall, except for the food and beverage, I am very satisfied.

Stayed for three nights and was very satisfied. The room, restaurant and service were all excellent. The beach and sea view were beautiful. The breakfast was rich in variety and the taste was quite suitable.

Checked in from 6.22 to 6.26. When checking out, the hotel deducted two charges of more than 7,000 yuan for the room fee, but I have already paid the room fee online on Ctrip. It has been more than 20 days so far and is still being processed. Please book with caution

The beach is beautiful, the hygiene is good, and the room is big! The key is that the price-performance ratio in June is too high! I have never stayed at this price, including breakfast and dinner! Highly recommended

Wonderful hotel, quick check-in, large spacious rooms with everything you need including mouthwash. Room cleaning twice a day, beautiful beach with soft white sand and azure sea color. They give you a bag of water and ice, they show you off with towels, there is such an assortment of food that you don’t know what to take. And very tasty. A must visit, you won't be disappointed by the place or the service.
