Thus is the 2bd time i booked in this hotel but im not happy now the wifi signal is very weak no refrigerator inside no toothbrush and toothpaste the tub can't used and alot of thing

The worst hotel ever. I would never go back there...rather sleep out in the open than have a nasty room full of spider webs, dirty linens, scuffed nightstands and tables, dirty bathtub, not even a single towel in the bathroom. We found lint and hair in the bathtub...disgusting. The receptionist was terrible, wouldn't even respond to most of my questions and had a chip on his shoulder. 3 guests complained in the frame of 10 minutes while I was checking in. They claim to be a 3-star hotel onlile, but they're officially just 1 star and that's too many stars for them. I'd rate them ZERO if I could.

Good location near downtown ..big room . But I've waited so long to checkin at counter .. old room few cockroaches , mosquito in my room. But ok for the Abu Dhabi price its very cheap

The sanitary conditions are average and the hair dryer is repaired. The hotel does not include meals, and ordering breakfast is too slow.

After checking into the hotel, as soon as my boyfriend came downstairs, a white man opened the room. He held the room card with the same room number as mine. I only wore a suspender skirt, thinking that my boyfriend was back, and stood at the door to serve at the front desk. The staff could only put their hands together and say sorry, but my boyfriend and I couldn't explain anything because of the language barrier. It was very scary. I had to pay attention to whether there was any sound of opening the door all night.

Toiletries are not available not even a single tissue. There was only 1 towel and called the reception couple of times to send one more and bathroom tissue but not a single one came. WiFi is very poor can't even watch a single video without logging. Trash bins doesn't even have trash bag. Not recommending this hotel at all.

Never ever come here! It all starts from front office agents, so rude and lack of hospitality. We only came to rest before our transit flight, just several hours to spend in abu dhabi, but this hotel ruined all. I asked for towels which are not placed in the room, they never brought. After 4-5 hours I could finally connect with front office again and asked the tolwels, the answer is simple it’s coming i informed housekeeping. I called back after 10 minutes and finally they send 2 bathrobes, and poor housekeeping guy saying that they don’t have a towel at all at the hotel, they ran out of the stock this night. What a shame! If you really planning not to ruin your any trip PLEASE DO NOT GO TO THIS HOTEL!
