Un lugar hermoso, tranquilo, para descansar, contemplar el mar (no se puede nadar) y aprovechar su alberca que está siempre abierta. El servicio cordial, habitaciones lindas y muy limpias. Aceptan mascotas, no hay ruido excesivo. Regresaría muchas veces más.

El lugar y las amenidades son muy lindas pero lastimosamente se opaca por el trato de una única persona que no es congruente con el mensaje en la entrada del lugar; el cual su nombre es Estefanía , ya que se encargó de discriminarnos en una producción que venimos de extras, regañándonos por situaciones absurdas como donde dejar la basura y si preguntábamos alguna duda nos respondía de muy mala manera y hasta grosera. Nosotros siempre estuvimos con disponibilidad pero Ella hacía mucha diferencia entre el personal de producción y los extras que fuimos nosotros. Cabe destacar que no trabajamos para ella y nos trató como si fuéramos peor que empleados . Solo destacar que con todo trato la educación y la actitud están de por medio.

Estamos trabajando en un proyecto de televisa y el servio de Estefany y el trato hacia muchas personas a sido demasiado pésimo, aparte nunca trae su cubrebocas, cuando todos traemos, deberían trabajar mejor en el servicio y en la comida

La atención de todo el personal es excelente, el estado de las habitaciones es malo, les falta mucho mantenimiento, no valen lo que estás pagando. La comida es buena pero el precio y las porciones son abusivos. Las áreas comunes están muy bien. Los cojines del exterior jamás se lavan o cambian de funda. En general el lugar está bonito pero las habitaciones, la limpieza de las instalaciones y los precios abusivos lo vuelven no recomendable.
