We went to this place thanks to TheFork and the discount we had and it was a SUBLIME dinner. We had: - Crostini with Pears in Cerrus, Fresh Pecorino and Honey (€8); - Crostini Neri with Chicken Livers in Vin Santo (€8) - Fiorentina di Chianina IGP (€7/hg) - Millesfoglie with Chantilly Cream and Red Fruits and Chocolate Flakes (€10) - Macedonia with fresh fruit with Artisan Ice Cream (€10) We chose these two appetizers to change from the usual "cold cuts", good but not up to the standard of the menu, in my humble opinion; I would add a few other alternatives. The Florentine steak, on the other hand, was EX-C-E-C-E-Z-I-O-N-A-L, we couldn't have made a better choice; even though I don't like rare meat, I liked it a lot and it was cooked perfectly; it is served on a hot stone that you can continue to cook if you want and it is a great attention for those who do not like rare cooking, like me! We also took a Brunello di Montalcino (2018 about €40), also exceptional! I took the millefoglie which was SUBLIME! The only advice to give is to indicate that it is a decomposed millefoglie. It was an incredible dessert that I would gladly eat again. The location is elegant, the service impeccable, the waitresses are very attentive with the guests, for me who am not used to it, even too much (😂). I definitely recommend this structure, for those who sleep in the same one, the restaurant is very convenient and you access the restaurant directly without leaving.
