I thought the room had enough facilities for the price. I think the cleanliness was high, but only lukewarm water came out. I couldn't find a hair dryer. It's cheap, so it's reasonable, but I doubt it's a five-star hotel.
I used the gym, sauna and massage. The gym was noisy. Sauna was good. The massage room was next to the gym and was so noisy that I couldn't relax.
The restaurant was insanely delicious.

We were on transit and had a 17 hour stop in Addis Ababa. Ethiopian Airlines gave us a very bad hotel to stay in, we didn't like it and made our own reservation at Grand Palace. 1. Lady at the counter let us check in at 8 AM, even though the official check in was at 1 PM. 2. Of the 3 pillows, one was a contour, and other 2 were different. Catering to all kinds of sleep habits. 3. Room was very clean. 4. Shuttle took us back to the airport. A very pleasant experience. Thanks to the professionalism of the staff at work on June 22nd, 2024.

The Grand Palace Hotel is really grand and exciting ! The staff are so inspiring, caring; from hotel access checkpoint guards, through the reception with everlasting smiles from Rizta and Daniet as well as their assisting colleagues; to the niceties of restaurant teams; excellent warm welcome and service. The nice and regular slow, classic-oriented music; the cleanness of rooms: all is the result of my Kudos to you guys! From management ensuring systems are in place to the frontline team members showcasing first hand the spirit of the Grand Palace Hotel. Kudos !

Great people. The accomodations is very nice. It's location is close to a lot of events in Addis. Meskel square is a walking distance. Ride taxis are always waiting outside the hotel. Front desk including security are great. We will stay Thank you

Essays B and Danayit were one of my favorites. They hosted me very well and I really enjoyed the stay. The room was up kept and the food was wonderful. I will be back soon and I can't wait to stay with you all. I thank you all for the wonderful service!

My wife and I stayed at the Grand Palace for the second time. The rooms are large and the location is great. The price is affordable as well and the staff are very friendly and attentive. If I return to Addis, I will definitely stay at the Grand Palace.
