We had an ensuite powered site for our motorhome for one night. Ensuite was exceptionally clean. Rebooked for two nights a week later, and the staff did everything they could to help accommodate us again with an ensuite site. The grounds are well maintained. A very busy park, great facilities, but you have the feeling of being squashed in as there are so many cabins and powered sites close together. I do acknowledge that a lot of caravan parks are like this though. Excellent close proximity to the beach, shops, hotels and great walking paths to Semaphore and Pt Adelaide,

My husband and I celebrated our first wedding anniversary this year by visiting Adelaide. Stamford Plaza was our main base as we travelled throughout the region experiencing all of the arts, culture, history, Architecture, food and wine of the region. Our stay at Stamford Plaza was pleasant and clean with all the amenities needed in a central location. To raise the bar though it was the service we received at Stamford Plaza from Jacqui aka Jax that made it extra special. From her warm welcome, recommended attractions and hot spots to the extra special touches including bottle of wine to help us celebrate. Our memories of our stay in Adelaide were greatly enhanced due to Jax and the Stamford Hotel. Thank you!

We stayed here last night as we were going to The 10cc concert. Arrival was swift and easy and the room was already available. Our room was a junior suite facing North Terrace, it was clean and quiet. We enjoyed 2 complimentary drinks from the bar. They have refurbished the hotel but I think the bar looks a touch bland and not welcoming. I would have thought that there would have been sanitiser available on all levels by the lifts and in the room also. The shampoo, soap etc no longer comes as individual packs but huge bottles and being still in Covid times I thought this a bit off putting. Breakfast was ok nothing special and luckily we had ours included or it would have cost us $42.00 per person and it was not worth that much. The pre-made pancakes were freezing cold. There was a good range of cereals and the fruit plates were nice but had defrosted and tinned fruit also. I found all the supposedly hot foods not hot but cool venturing on cold and they need to do something about the baked beans as they were nasty. We had a slight hiccup on leaving as we were almost charged for two glasses of red wine which we quickly told the receptionist we never had. She amended that quickly so all good.

I would highly recommend this place to anyone wanting to be close to the city and without too much noise. The queen room I had was fabulous! The shower and bathroom products were particularly divine. The breakfast facilities are wonderful too!! I would stay here again ๐คฉ

Excellent location, easy walking distance to amenities and public transport. Had to log into our own Prime and Netflix as it wasn't available on our TV. The bathroom was clean but quite tired, with a cracked sink and a fixed showerhead. Despite it being a queen room, there was ever only one set of cutlery provided. Having said that, we still appreciated our stay and would say that it was good value for money.

The hotel is located in the city center, with excellent location and convenient transportation. It is a one-minute walk to the central market and there are many shops and restaurants nearby.
The room is spacious, the open kitchen is fully equipped, and all tableware and utensils are available. The terrace has an open view.
The waiters were friendly. We stayed for 9 days and were very satisfied. Will stay again next year.

Amazing staff and service!! Value to money unbeatable. Facility facilitates getting in touch with kind people. You'd be around very quick, but still it'll take some time to certain places. The airport is close.
The neighborhood didn't feel too safe at night, but I suppose it's because it is the City Center. Therefore the security measures in the hostel are extremely good. If you have concerns or get harassed the staff is often around and might offer quick help.
I'd definitely choose it again if I want to stay in the CBD.

Have stayed in Adelaide many times for both business and holiday, and this hotel now will be my first choice. Great rooms and facilities, views, location, parking . Hotel restaurants are the best and great staff who are all friendly and go out of their way to help. You just dont get all that these days. Well done to all.

This beachside resort-style hotel is in fabulous Glenelg, Adelaide. Just 20 minutes from the centre and close to the airport, it features sparkling views of the ocean, city and Adelaide Hills, an award-winning restaurant, a gym, function rooms and conference rooms.

The Grand is without a doubt all about the location! Given itโs ocean front position it should offer an absolute premium experience but instead falls a little short as it continues to date without much sign of refurbishment. The rooms are basic, the carpets old, the furnishings aging and everything just feels in need of some love. Bathrooms still have showers over the bath with shower curtains and the air con in the room wasnโt very effective (too hot despite being on the coolest setting). There was also a wedding being hosted during my 1 night stay and despite my room being on the 5th floor (ballroom is on level 1), I could hear the band/music until the end of the reception at 11:30pm. On the positive (besides premium location), the staff at reception / concierge were excellent. They greeted with absolute care on arrival and happiness during check out, despite being early in the morning. It felt like they enjoyed what they did and thatโs so good to see in customer facing roles. Worth considering this hotel for a stay, just as long as youโre happy with basic ammenities in a great location.

Always enjoy staying here on the waterfront. Awesome cafe strip & shopping. The rooms are old but this is reflected in the price- cheap & cheerful. Bed comfortable. Guests staying also get 10% off food if you present your room key. You can scan a QR code in your room & get room service if you donโt want to dine in-house. Meals are great & service friendly.

GGuest UserThe attention to detail was shown from when were greeted when we got out of the car and taken to reception.The location of the hotel was convenient to get to our business calls as well as walking distance to shops and restaurants.My only disappointment was the club access which l felt was not up to the Pullman standards we have experienced at other Pullman hotels. I would still recommend this hotel when staying in Adelaide.

GGuest UserThe room is very comfortable and beautifully finished. The blinds automatically open and the tv turns on when you first step into the room which is pretty cool. The bed was very comfy and the rain head shower was also wonderful. Service was excellent! We enjoyed a small upgrade and a complimentary bottle of bubbles with a hand written note as it was our anniversary - a lovely touch. Floor to ceiling windows throughout the hotel make for a good view no matter where you are. The view of the oval from the bar/restaurant is quite nice while we enjoyed a drink or 2. We'll be back!

GGuest UserStayed one night when husband and I had a day surgery procedure. Chose it as it was the closest accommodation to the Day Hospital. Checked in after ops a bit early and they were able to have room cleaned ready for us. Room very small, Queen bed took up most of it. Ensuite ok except toilet dripped all night. Bed good and clean. Hot water took ages to heat up. Also not sure what was refurbished? Went downstairs to Bistro for dinner. Hubbys meal good, mine average. Got a small discount for staying on meal and accommodation. Bit loud with traffic, but it is on a busy road (and we are from country). Would prefer a bigger room with a bit of a view in future.

SsnfungThe location of the hotel is fantastic- right across the road from Adelaide Railway Station and about 10 min walk from Rundle Mall. This was perfect for me because I visited Adelaide to watch a show at the Festival Theatre.
The staff were very helpful when I left my wallet at home and didnโt have ID but still completed my check in with a passport scan I had on my phone. 24 hour check in is very helpful if you are checking in late or arriving early.
However, the interior is a bit dated (cracks on ceiling, some residue next to the sink) and some of the furnishings feel a bit cheap (eg fan and kettle look like theyโre from Kmart or another department store).
If youโre happy with the basics then this is a great choice for a one night stay.

The toilet facilities are complete, including large towels, body soap, shampoo, conditioner, hair dryer, washing machine, dryer, paper towels, roll paper, a bag of laundry detergent, a small bar of soap, and a bottle of moisturizer. dew.
The kitchen has a dishwasher, a microwave, a gas stove, an oven, cutlery, dishes, dishwashing liquid, dish soap, three large, medium and small knives, a dishcloth, and a spatula and clamps for cooking. There's a pad, there's a kettle, there's a frying pan, there's a big stock pot.
There is also a sofa bed.
Disadvantages: Occasionally there are people talking loudly downstairs, which is very noisy. No slippers, no toothbrush or toothpaste, no comb. There are only 4 TV channels. It is not a smart TV. There is no TV in the room. There is no air conditioning in the room. The air conditioning in the living room blows into the room.
The deposit of 100 yuan for check-out has not been returned to me after waiting for a long time.
Taking an Uber from Adelaide Airport to the hotel costs $22.50

GGuest UserHands down the best hotel experience Iโve had in many years. I am an Accor member and was made to feel extremely special on our wedding anniversary. Staff were lovely. Our luxury room was fantastic and so spacious, all the amenities were provided or could be ordered via the in room tablet if needed. The only fault would be the in room fridge wasnโt very cold, drinks were just over room temperature. Will return asap ๐๐ป๐

Good service & very comfortable bed, but lounges & bathroom were old & in need of a makeover. basic toiletries were supplied & clean towels daily even though I left them hanging to reuse. the suite had 2 small double bedrooms, with 1 bedroom totally internal with no windows. It would be quite crowded if 4 adults were there.

GGuest UserPerfect location for our drive Perth to Melbourne, easy access from and to the highway. Spacious, clean room with table, couch, TV, aircon and very comfortable bed. Ensuite a little outdated but the room had been freshened up. We had trouble connecting to the wifi. The restaurant was closed on our visit but we ordered room service and enjoyed our meal. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Be aware that while there is a 'late check-in' window, a sign on the door said that reception hours had changed to 8am - 8pm (when we booked the site said it was open all night... it might be wise to check ahead if you're likely to be later) Good, clean accommodation. We had a good stay.

AAnonymous UserThis motel is perfect for a short stay when visiting Adelaide via car. Easy to get to being close to the main highways and roads in and out of Adelaide. Rooms had everything you needed for a short stay (except a microwave).
Reception charge a $50 deposit for your stay so keep that in mind when checking in, you get it back on checkout but was a little shocked with how high this was considering weโve been travelling around Australia for the past three months and never had a deposit this high.
The rooms werenโt the cleanest and we opted to use our own doona as the one in our room had stains and smelt off, same again with the pillows with my partners one smelling of urine.
Wasnโt a bad nights stay for the price, hopefully they fix a few things and I would stay again.
