整體來講可以住。
房間挺乾淨，4個大人住挺寬敞的。早餐在對面10元一位，吃的比較簡單，要早去晚了沒飯。
缺點廁所小，熱水器儲水量小，水温還沒調好熱水就沒了。洗手池的水龍頭沒固定，很難用。
5人間衹給了3雙拖鞋，3套一次性用品，再去要態度很差。
因為天黑才到，工作人員開完門就走了。晚上我和家人又出去了一趟，回來11點多了，去前台找鑰匙，告知交100按金才能給。辦入住的時候兩個工作人員都不説，早説早就給了，也不至於半夜到處找人開門。

位置在天池服務區的邊緣，開車過來要稍走一段不太平的路。房間比我預計得更乾淨整潔。房間的大門開在一個帶天幕的中庭裏，看似有點封閉，不過好在並不悶也沒有什麼奇怪的味道。洗了衣服還可以直接晾在中庭的繩子上。酒店自帶一個挺大的餐廳，還有燒烤，味道還不錯的，從地上晾的蘑菇來看應該是自己家採的**。

房間乾淨，整體感覺不錯，快捷酒店形式，設施齊全配套，服務態度很好，在景區裏有這樣好的一家店已經是不錯的了，主要是吃飯也很方便，同一家店吃飯還會有優惠，口味挺好，菜品新鮮。

來到阿爾山國家森林公園旅遊 提前做了好多攻略，看到好多推薦鴻嘉酒店的，果斷選擇了她們家！還好不踩雷，吃飯住宿都不值得推薦，乾淨整潔衞生，位置優越，服務態度好。
