Five of my friends and I stayed here as part of a tour and it was fantastic! We were greeted with flower necklaces and warm green tea. Check in/out was very easy! The staff was very kind and accommodating. I recommend the breakfast as it was vast and had many varieties of food and drink choices.

This review is to praise the check in staff upon arrival. We had a major issue with our reservation....it was not in the system!!! Panicked and upset after a long day of travel, Kirti and Amar were quick to calm us down and work with us, even talking to our travel agent. They ended up giving us a BETTER rate than the one we booked!! They handled the situation with such grace and our apologies could not have been enough! Kirtharth was also working the check in desk area and he kindly walked us to our room, giving an explanation of the hotel and layout. He even helped us the next day making an international call for us! Such great service! We enjoyed this hotel so much, we visited four of the restaurants! Paatra had amazing Inidan food and live music - we ate there for dinner both nights! C'est Chine had amazing Chinese food that you could see being freshly made by the Chef. We visited Tapas twice for drinks before dinner and the Grand Buffet for the buffet breakfast both mornings. Several staff members were so eager to help. The breakfast area was busy but Ankit was always at our table, ready to assist! Wonderful stay here! Highly recommend!

Rashmi shiny jyoti did wonderful job of taking care of me. I was injured couple of days ago and my back was hurting badly. Let’s make game to my love to determine whether massage is needed or not.. shiny took care of massaging so well that my most pain went away I felt rejuvenated. It was excellent job. Good rooms, great decor, outstanding service. It just kept getting better and better! The food was made fresh at all of the restaurants located within the palace. At first, the sheer volume of rooms and halls were daunting, but with each corner turned, I was met with cultural art depicted across the walls and bountiful amounts of staff waiting to help and answer any questions you might have. I recommend this to anyone visiting Agra! Especially out-of-country tourists.

We had a family vacation at Jaypee and Rohit from F&B was the best staff. He was always there with a smiley face. Hospitality was commendable. Food was very good. The resort is very well maintained with great facilities like bowling, swimming, spa. Thank you for the great stay and service.

We stayed for two nights, and our experience was exceptionally comfortable. Kaushal and Vimal from housekeeping were outstanding—they ensured the rooms were always neat and clean and were readily available for any assistance we needed. The food was excellent, and we slept peacefully, like babies. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and I highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

Soggiornato 2 notti in questo hotel veramente enorme e quasi labirintico in un primo momento. Lobby, corridoi e ambienti comuni sono veramente eleganti, i grandi giardini abbastanza curati mentre la zona piscina è carina ma nulla di eccezionale. E' una struttura più indicata a clientela indiana e infatti vengono sfruttati gli esterni e gli ampi saloni per feste di ogni tipo, che fortunatamente si concludono entro la mezzanotte per la quiete di tutti gli altri ospiti. Anche il ristorante a buffet è di matrice indiana. Molto bene il tanto personale e il servizio prestato. La camera è sicuramente l'aspetto più negativo. Grande ma vecchia e non solo per l'arredo antico ma anche per diverse componenti rovinate. L'insonorizzazione è scarsa e in bagno c'è una vasca/doccia orribile. Si salvano i prodotti e il phon ma manca un supporto vicino al lavabo per l'asciugamano. Le prese sono di tipo universale, ottima cosa, ed è presente una bottiglia d'acqua da 1 litro. L'aria condizionata, purtroppo, parte in automatico quando si lascia la camera. Ufficialmente siamo in un hotel 5 stelle ma siamo lontani dal livello dello standard internazionale.
