Pradeep took care of my elderly father during his stay at hotel. Dad was all by himself but lavi and staff ensured my father was comfortable and taken care off. As a daughter watching this all from afar it was a great relief. Love taj for this!

Our experience was very horrible. 1. The bed was used/dirty and we requested to change everything. The pillows were taken and again returned same ones. 2. Television was not working
3. Ac was not working 4. Power outage often and had to stay in hot sweaty room for long time during night
5. Bathroom was like old place. Did not feel like using the taps and restrooms. 6. Initially the service people welcomed well, later their attitude changed
completely when we asked for more
changes. Overall we did not like our stay in laxman resort. Very poor maintenance and poor customer service.

This hotel was extreme level of madness. Their service is very bad and rooms were worst i've ever seen. I will always recommend to not to go at this hotel if you want comfert.

Hygiene of the hotel is not very good, also the food cost is way too high as compared to the quality which is not value for money.

worst experience....hotel was fully booked but they still took the booking and then transferred to another hotel during check in at night and asked for extra charges and then the given hotel don't have the geyser working.... really a very bad experience...

Hotel baht ganda hai. Service thik nah-in hai. Garam pani nah-in hai. Tv nah-in hai. Khana thik hahin hai. Me 10 me se 00 de rah hu.
