Trident Agra proved to be a hidden gem. Their service staff was very warm helpful and friendly. Though it was just one night the stay was comfortable and we enjoyed the drinks at the bar and the in room dining option. The presence of a potter, a palm reader and bangle seller added to the charm.

Beautiful hotel with a great location close to the Taj Mahal. Breakfast was delicious. We had some very very loud guests in the corridors for quite a long time at 2:30am which isn't the hotel's fault, but it was quite disruptive.

Good room , good food and staff is friendly. I really enjoyed our stay . It's was grate to stay in trident Agra .

This hotel is quite famous in the local area. The environment is not bad. It has only two floors and no elevator. You have to carry your luggage upstairs. If you come to Taj Mahal again, you will still want to stay. The service is good.

Nice hotel in Agra

Excellent location for trips to Agra Fort and especially Taj Mahal. Hotel is very clean and well-functioning. Super observant and kind staff. Besutiful and sage surroundings with pool, park and lots of vegetation. All worked well and they connected us with the best guide for our trip to Taj Mahal. Very good value for money.

For a 5 star hotel, I was underwhelmed. The room was fairly small, but the lack of storage was appalling. There were two small drawers and a closet where you could hang about 8 items. No storage in the main room or bathroom. When we arrived, there was a collection of food particles on the floor by the trashcan and stains on the toilet paper holder in the bathroom. When we called about how to operate one of the light switches, they insisted on sending someone, rather than just telling us over the phone (frustating because it was late in the evening and we had to get dressed to allow the individual in our room). While the room itself isn't that impressive, the lobby, restaurant and grounds are very nice. The staff is very kind, welcoming and efficient.

Location was very good for visiting key attractions in Agra. Security and service at the hotel were excellent. The chefs and staff preparing the meals in the restaurant were fantastic - the curries, Dahl, gulab jamen, and masala chai were exceptional.

Very welcoming staff, it was good to return to this lovey hotel. My only disappointment was the pool was closed. It would have been nice to know this before we booked as I may have chosen a different hotel.

Good property with a location near to Taj Mahal and amazing hospitality and customer service, Muskan who checked us in and Harshit front of front-of-house manager are examples of true indian hospitality ethos.

Seeing the Taj Mahal in winter can be a bit of a weather-related lottery so even though Agra can be “done in a day” we opted for a two-night stay. Guided by online-reviews, we booked the Trident because it was a five-star hotel at a reasonable price with decent on-site facilities and a 5-minute taxi ride from the Taj’s East Gate. The reception was very welcoming and our room, whilst bland and featureless, was immaculate if a little small for a luxury hotel. The onsite dining (where we took breakfast and dinner both nights) was good quality catering for Asian and European tastes, but the prices were high for India. Our only real gripe with the facilities is that all the communal areas (with the exception of the lovely poolside loungers) were impersonal, echoey and not particularly conducive to relaxation.

We had a fantastic stay at Trident. The property had so many activities to engage kids, the service was good, staff was helpful with recommendations, and food was excellent. We loved our stay here. Thanks Trisent Agra for an amazing experience.
