Hotel Taj Resorts ★★★★
"Hotel Taj Resorts is a great choice if you’re visiting the Taj Mahal. The location is excellent, less than 1km from the East Gate, making it easy to reach the monument early in the morning. On clear days, the rooftop restaurant even offers views of the Taj Mahal. The rooms are on the smaller side, and the property feels a bit dated with older furnishings and facilities, but everything was clean and worked well. Breakfast offered a good variety of options, and the staff were friendly, helpful, and always willing to assist."
Tajview Agra-Ihcl SeleQtions ★★★★★
"The view from the roof top bar was very nice and you can oversee TaJ Mahal from there."
ITC Mughal, a Luxury Collection Resort & Spa, Agra ★★★★★
"Extremely disappointed with ITC. The brand has completely lost its credibility. The staff was poorly trained, the food was terrible, and the stay was far from comfortable. Definitely not booking here again."
Taj Hotel & Convention Centre, Agra ★★★★★
"Premium Room, twin beds – the space was just right. If you book on the day and there's availability, it can be cheaper (includes breakfast). Even though the hotel is a bit older, the service and cleanliness were excellent. Room service was also fast. It would be perfect if the beds weren't so soft! The hotel also offers other activities like a swimming pool, pottery making, and a Taj Mahal storytelling session, which was fantastic! It's about a 12-15 minute walk to the Taj Mahal, or you can take the shuttle bus if you prefer a shorter stroll."
Royale Sarovar Portico Agra ★★★★
"Overall good experience. Stay was comfortable. Staff was co-operative. There is a small Gym 50-60 meters outside the main building, but is adequate and convenient for workout. Gym timings are not convenient- starts at 7.30 am, which is too late for people who have busy day"
Holiday Inn AGRA MG ROAD by IHG ★★★★★
"Every thing was perfect, venue, services, amenities and very helpful staff. Enjoyed staying and hosting a family function."
Hotel Atulyaa Taj ★★★★
"While our overall stay at the hotel had its bright spots, our experience was heavily overshadowed by the unacceptable behavior and lack of professionalism from the female receptionist. We had planned a last-minute trip with our family, which was already stressful because my father was not feeling well. We needed to visit the Taj Mahal, but due to running late and struggling to find a vehicle, our trip took a maximum of about two hours. Despite us agreeing to pay any extra charges—and even paying an extra 1,000 as she demanded—the receptionist subjected us to unnecessary harassment: Constant Harassment: She repeatedly called us multiple times while we were trying to visit the monument and care for my elderly father. Unprofessional Arguments: She argued with us in the lobby right before we left. Lack of Empathy: She aggressively pressured us to check out immediately, completely ignoring my father’s visible age, vulnerability, and health issues. As a family, we prioritize our loved ones' comfort above everything else, especially during health difficulties. This receptionist clearly lacks the training, empathy, and basic customer service skills required to respect and treat guests properly. On a positive note, the rest of the hotel staff and the security team were very helpful and polite, and the hotel itself was good. However, management urgently needs to retrain the front desk staff on customer hospitality and respect."
Trident, Agra ★★★★
"Fantastic stay at this hotel , amazing courteous service , great room. Ideal for families with children. Ideal location not far from Taj. A very easy 5 stars."
The Oberoi Amarvilas, Agra ★★★★★
"Stunning property and cordial staff made for a magical experience! Food, amenities and service were top notch. I’ll definitely be back."
