Hemant and Aakash did really good job. The issue with wifi was unsatisfactory, however overall stay was good.

It was ok but expected better
The stay was satisfactory, but the bathroom was not clean, and the shampoo and body wash dispenser were broken. Additionally, hot water required multiple requests, and even then, it was not adequately hot.

The hotel is ok. Breakfast was not good. No room service in late night. Hotel has to improve. Roons are good and clean.

Our stay was quite comfortable and we shall keep on booking rooms through you on regular basis. Room was good and staff was quite courteous. Hope to visit the hotel on regular basis.

Abuse to the name of clarks group. Despite confirming the reservation for 3 adults, no arrangement was made for the third person. Food was low grade. Non cooperative staff. Had to struggle to get drinking water refill in room. Multiple follow ups and requests to place extra bed. Ac turned off in the morning itself on the check out date. Never staying there again.
