Trident Agra proved to be a hidden gem. Their service staff was very warm helpful and friendly. Though it was just one night the stay was comfortable and we enjoyed the drinks at the bar and the in room dining option. The presence of a potter, a palm reader and bangle seller added to the charm.

We enjoyed staying in Radisson. Highlight was breakfast , loved it and Taj view room was amazing though due to fog could view properly. Taj view room is more suitable for summer and spring. Staffs were supportive and helpful.

We couldn't sleep...people screaming all night, it was like a fair. Is it possible that the hotel staff is only concerned with receiving customers and not ensuring their per***ent comfort? How is it possible to have loud music in a room, people slamming doors and talking loudly in the corridors all night long???? This is a Starwood chain hotel...(???) Fabulous breakfast.

The hotel location is perfect for tourists who want to visit the nearby wordwide wonder monument Taj Mahal. The room are enough comfortable and clean, there are no superlative notes to remember but the acceptable standard for a short stay.

The perfect hotel in Agra. The real 5 star hotel. The service is extremely high, the stuff can help you with everything. The breakfast is delicious and there are a lot of choice. From the Sky deck you can see Taj Mahal and have a drink (cocktail price is 1000 rupees). The dinner was great. And the best thing is a swimming pool.

Go to the Taj Mahal and stay here for one night. The interior of the hotel is old and the bedding is clean. Don't ask too much in India. The service is good, it may be the legacy of the old British colony, and the breakfast is rich. It didn't look like a Marriott property. 1) Arrogant staff. 2) View from hotel windows is not good at all. 3) Mosquito in the breakfast area 4) Full of flies and mosquito in kids play area. No one would take care of your special request, was there for anniversary but none of the staff bothered to even wish. Other hotel chains like holiday inn, Radisson are much better then Marriott Agra.

Very angry! I booked a room for two days there. The money was paid by credit card. When I left the store, the front desk said that I only received one day's money! I didn’t have to pay another day’s cash. I had no choice but to pay it! Then contact Ctrip to help solve, but Ctrip has been unable to contact the hotel! Very irritating!

The rooms were awesome! The service at the front desk, the restaurant staff and the spa was fantastic. The staff members were very friendly and were ever so ready to serve with a smile. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
