On the mountains , good location on the way to Troodos mountains. Fully renovated and very good services. The breakfast was also very good with many options.

In November we made two different reservations, beginning and end of the month, they gave us almost the same room, i.e. it was 223, then 225, the rooms have air conditioning and heating, all controlled by the management, if they want, they can set this provision for you!! You can feel the cold everywhere!! Good breakfast and the buffet I can say they made honorable efforts!! Also, the rooms do not provide a kettle, at least if we made any hot drinks!! The hotel with a little effort can be improved dramatically also they took effort to be nicely decorated because of Christmas!!! I recommend it because I like adventure and wild nature!!!

Generally we have enjoyed our stay! Wonderful location, view, many available amenities, deco of the hotel, family atmosphere, friendly staff and food -especially buffet.
But the first cold night the heating, that we paid for, was out of service air condition and central. The people that were available to talk to at night in the reception weren't able to help.
The next morning they manage to send a technician- that we demanded -and the problem was fixed but nobody came us to discuss any payback to us in any way as it was a lost paid service.
Plus, despite that I have booked a room for two adults and two kids, 9-year-old and less than two years,they told me that they could not see that at their system. They said that, they will arrange it.
Finally they charged us without any prior notice, despite I have paid online our stay.

Breakfast was ok.
There was an electricity issue from 5:40 am . We call reception at 6:20 they told us they were trying to fix it with no giving timelines. I told them i have an infant as he was cold, and they did not help at all.
The electricity did not come back at least until 8 and they did not show any support or offer any help.

Επιλέξαμε το ξενοδοχείο Ρόδον για ξεκούραση μαζί με τον άνδρα μου και το βρεφος μας. Δυστυχώς ήταν ένα Σαββατοκύριακο κούρασης και αϋπνίας. Διαφορά σχολεια, ομαδες παιδιών, μικρότερα των 12 χρόνων έκανα τις εκπαιδευτικές διακοπές τους εκει και ήταν σαν παιχνιδοτοπος. Όλη μέρα έτρεχαν σους διαδρόμους, φώναζαν κτυπουσαν για πλάκα τις πόρτες άλλων δωματίων και ήταν αδύνατον να κοιμηθούμε για αυτό συνεχιζόταν και το βράδυ. Το φαγητό στο ξενοδοχείο είναι απλά καλό, τα πολύ βασικά. Ο καφές του χάλια. Ελάχιστο προσωπικό για το μέγεθος του ξενοδοχείου. Οι κοπέλες στην υποδοχή κάποιες χαμογελάστε και κάποιες όχι αλλά εξυπηρετούσε με μισή καρδιά. Ένιωθα ότι της ενοχλώ. Μετά από τόση ταλαιπωρία ζήτησα late check out (1 ώρα επιπλέον) για να κοιμησω λίγο το μωρό αφού το βράδυ δεν μας άφησαν να κοιμηθούμε τα παιδια των σχολειων και με το ζορι δέχτηκαν. Ήταν το μόνο καλό που έκαναν για εμάς. Ενώ ήταν ένας αγαπημένος προορισμός γιατί περνούσα την παιδικές μου διακοπές εκεί πριν 25 χρόνια, πλέον έχει γίνει ένας απαγορευτικό προορισμός. Η θερμοκρασία ήταν τέλεια. Οι κήποι του ξενοδοχείου επίσης. Εσωτερικά το ξενοδοχείο φανερά ταλαιπωρημενο αν και "ανακαινισμενος". Αν είστε άνθρωποι που θέλετε ήρεμες διακοπές, ψάξετε για μια καλύτερη επιλογή.

Επέστρεψα στο ξενοδοχείο μετά από 10 χρόνια και το μόνο που ένιωσα ήταν απογοήτευση. Το τότε "διαμάντι" έγινε ένα κατάλυμα 2*. Τα στρώματα στο δωμάτιο ήταν πολύ σκληρά και τα μαξιλάρια πολύ άβολα! Δεν ήταν καθαρό το δωμάτιο και η βεράντα του δωματίου μας ακόμη σε χειρότερη κατάσταση. Το φαγητό του ξενοδοχείου ΧΑΛΙΑ. Κάθε μέρα οι ίδιες και περιορισμένες επιλογές .!! Πληρώσαμε για full board και καταλήξαμε να βγαίνουμε στο χωριό να ψάχνουμε εστιατόριο να φάμε. Το προσωπικό στο εστιατόριο ήταν ευγενικό αλλά χαμένο. Το ξενοδοχείο αν και ανακαινισμενο χρήζει άμεσα ολικής ανακαίνισης γιατί απλά αφέθηκε στον χρόνο. Θα επέστρεφα μόνο για το περιβάλλον του και τους κήπους και εννοείται χωρίς γεύματα!!
