Our trip agency booked this hotel. I would have never done it myself. Let me first say that the staff was very nice. There were no issues with the people and the service. They were helpful. Yet, there were so many wrong things with this place. 1) It was right next to the train station. And, trains did NOT stop running until late night. If you have an early hike or event, good luck sleeping little early. 2) There was no water pressure. We stayed on the 4th floor and could hardly flush the toilet. You don’t want to think twice before going to the bathroom in your hotel room. 3) The hottest water was barely luke warm water. Lower your expectations on shower experience unless you like cold water. 4) The room looked nice and clean but the place had paper thin walls, a lot of patch jobs around. You could hear conversations, people walking, flushing, pretty much anything they were doing. So, I am going to give 2 starts because of the nice staff, and leave at that.

Excelente la atención, muy calidos los dueños. Talvez habrian un par de servicios por mejorar como el wifi, pero nada se compara con una buena atencion y que te hagan sentir super bienvenidos. Siempre dispuestos a ayudarnos. La ubicación muy linda.

Las facilidades del hotel bastante buenas y habitaciones cómodas, sin embargo en ninguna parte colocan la hora del check out (que es a las 09h00am) y nuestro retorno al hotel después de Machu Picchu nos encontramos con nuestras maletas y pertenencias sacadas de la habitación y puestas en otra, ya que los nuevos huéspedes ya habían llegado. No nos facilitaron ni siquiera toallas y nos dieron 20min para salir de la habitación, ya que para ellos eso fue una gentileza, no se disculparon.

Estuve dos Horas esperando afuera del hotel, con lluvia, llamamos más de 30 veces por teléfono y no tuvimos respuesta. No apareció nadie, hotel vacío, ni un huésped. Finalmente Booking nos dio reserva en otro hotel de similares características respetando el valor original.

Excelente servicio, la cama súper cómoda, la habitación demasiado linda y la vista a la montaña es impresionante! Volvería nuevamente a este hotel porque vale la pena una y mil veces! La atención tbn muy buena, me explicaron cómo movilizarme y aprovechar mis 2 días en el pueblo.
