Decent hotel, clean, good bed but the courtyard design makes it quite loud, earplugs are a must. Breakfast is decent and overall good experience. Sell water bottles for 4 Soles. Has a hair dryer but a bit weak. Hot water good and towels enough

This may be the worst place I have stayed in thirty years. I admit I usually stay at a minimum of four star places and price is not a huge concern for me, but choices were limited. The communication was good with the hotel but they asked me to pay up front using their own payment system in a separate email even though it says. “Pay at The Hotel,” on **********. The room had absolutely no storage. There was one table, a very small coat rack and one nightstand. There wasn’t a drawer in the place. There was one outlet in the bedroom, no hooks or towel rack for wet towels, no face tissue and the safe was broken. The breakfast was also terrible except for the lady who would cook you an egg to order.

The windows of many rooms face the internal hallway, the light from the hallway cannot be avoided, there is no blind, a simple curtain that does not close well. The noise is hellish, I couldn't sleep a wink. They do not have shampoo or rinse cream. There are no hand towels. At breakfast there is not a single toaster. Definitely an experience to forget.

Japanese is behind. It was clean and very comfortable. There was also a bathtub and hot water so I could relax. There is no problem with the water pressure in the shower. The location is good, with easy access to the central street. When you arrive at Machu Picchu, Staff will pick you up at the station. Breakfast also has a nice view from the 6th floor. The staff was friendly, the rooms were clean and, very importantly, the elevator worked.

Aguas Calientes is far from being a pleasant town but is essential to enjoy the Machu Picchu site. This hotel where we spent one night is quite decent with a comfortable and spacious room. We were able to enjoy a very satisfactory breakfast very early with attentive service and before taking the bus to go up to the Machu Picchu site. We were able to leave our luggage at reception without any problem for this visit.

Beautiful, having help with my luggage getting off the train was awesome! Everyone is friendly and kind. I like air conditioning and they didn't have it, but they gave me a fan, and I switched to a window that opened outside... I loved the window, there was flute music and dancing under the window at night..so charming!
