We had booked the Hotel Alba with 2 rooms for 2 days from 3rd Nov to 5th Nov23. But when our staff reached the Hotel at 4 AM on 4th November23 in the morning on 1st day they allowed them in the Hotel but at 9.30 AM in the morning they objected and said that they had not received any intimation and no payment also in the Hotel account, This is very bad experience

Really Nice hotel.always follow the all protocols This COVID time it is the best hotel for the stay .room cleaning and hygiene standards Really happy with my stay. Food is also good very nice test Really appreciate the staff well mennred staff Loction also good
