Hotel Pristine Residency

The entrance lobby and restaurant area is nice and clean and very presentable. The bedrooms and bathrooms need upgrading. The shower screen, toilet area need to be replaced. There was a foul smell when we walked into our bedroom, the house-keeper had to spray freshener to neutralise it. View from the window is terrible- why can’t businesses keep their backyard clean? Enjoyed the breakfast and staff very helpful. Added bonus of courtesy shuttle to the airport.

Upon arrival at the hotel around 4:00 am with my wife and < 2 year old daughter, we were extremely disappointed by the substandard service by the hotel staff. Unavailability of baby swing: despite the hotel clearly mentioning that a baby swing would be available for an additional charge, the staff outright denied having any such facility upon our arrival. Furthermore, when we requested assistance in renting a baby swing from nearby sources, the staff was unhelpful and dismissive. Room specifications: the room we were given did not match the description provided during the booking. We had booked a room with a king-sized bed as per the details, but were instead given a room with a queen-sized bed. This was particularly inconvenient as it directly affected our ability to accommodate our baby comfortably. Hygiene and cleanliness: the condition of the room was far below acceptable standards. The lack of proper hygiene and cleanliness further contributed to our decision to check out of the hotel within just an hour and a half of checking in. Given the severity of these issues and the inconvenience caused to my family, i request a prompt investigation into this matter. take appropriate action against the hotel for their unprofessional behavior and provide us with a satisfactory resolution, which may include a refund or compensation for this distressing experience. I look forward to your swift response and resolution of this matter. Thank you for your attention to this issue.

Everything what you need for your stay are available in the room like all toiletries, electric kettle etc. In very reasonable room tariff. Near to airport and hotel provide complimentary pickup and drop facility. Good stay

The hotel accommodations were sufficient for an overnight stay after our flight landed in ahmedabad at midnight. Simple breakfast with idli, sambar, chole, puri, fruit, and chai.
