Excellent property near Ellis Bridge and very close to water front of Ahmedabad Neat and clean place and well maintained Staff are courteous and well behaved The quality of food is outstanding Extremely polite staff and helpful and friendly Great budget property

I booked my stay at this property through ***********. This hotel location is best as any guest can enjoy the riverfront in the evening easily. Pros. 1. Location is best. 2. Value-for-money mid-range hotel. 3. Neat and clean property. 4. Sabarmati Riverfront is just at the back side of the hotel. 5. Well connected with any part of city. 6. Local auto and bus service just outside the hotel. Cons... 1. Though the room size is small but we managed. 2. Limited options for breakfast. They must add a few more fruits, bread, and other local items. 3. Room service is poor. I had ordered Hot milk & sandwiches and was told to deliver within 20 minutes but they served after 1 hour and that too with 2 reminders.

A decent hotel. Rooms are large & clean. Washroom is good. Toiletries were really great. Food was very good. A small but decent restaurant. Service is very good. Location is central. Parking is also available. Reasonably priced. Very much Recommended.

Clean rooms, decent size rooms. Linen needs upgrades as they weren't the cleanest. Good for a 1 night stay for a big group. Good location as well right next to the bridge. The staff was courteous and helpful to select places around the hotel. Don't go for the rooms on the 2nd floor as very loud music from the banquet hall when they have an event.

Stayed here for a day on my Dec 2022 trip to Ahmedabad. The ONLY TWO POSITIVES of this property are the rooms and location. 1. Rooms are quite spacious with all modern amenities (though we were given one towel for a double occupancy). 2. Location is great, quite near to everything yet not in a crowded locality. 3. Food is ok. (Had breakfast twice and lunch once) Things we did not like: 1. Attitude of the personnel at the reception the moment we checked-in was not welcoming. Too arrogant, rude and not fit for being in a service industry. 2. Service is delayed and not up to the mark. I think they do not give importance to people staying in hotel as loads of banqueting activities were going on, with noise all around. At the rooms rates, we would prefer to stay in other properties that AHD has to offer.

Excellent location, rooms are neat and hotel is well maintained ,food is good . Reasonably priced. Near to railway station,Sabarmati ashram, Around 1/2 hr from Airport. Complimentary breakfast is awesome

Artilla inn is very ideally located. It is very close to the main shopping centres and riverfront. The rooms are big in size but the furniture are oddly positioned and take up a lot of space. Our rooms were lacking in maintenance. Food is average. Service is average, our room was not cleaned even when we requested. We had to bring our bags down ourselves as no one from house keeping came. Would recommend the place for location alone.

I stayed in this hotel for two nights and decided not to extend my stay.. 1) they have a lot of banqueting events where you hear loud music throughout the day and evening. 2) cleanliness is not a good standard. They need to do to address this. 3) the hotel, during monsoon, is infested with so many insects and when you complain they recommend you to turn off all your lights as the only solution. If you’re travelling from abroad then you will be at high risk of catching malaria or dengue fever. 4) Food is tasty but the restaurant is also got a lot of insects, so the food hygiene isn’t up to standard either. The only plus for this hotel is the location and rooms are quite spacious.
