I stay was nice for the one night. We did have two nights booked, but we had a family large emergency and had to leave to try to catch an early flight – we also missed our opportunity meet with our realtor that day to show us property, which was the reason we went to Aiken. However, we understand the 48 hour policy things do happen and it wasn’t emergency. It wasn’t like they were lacking business and had a memorial weekend coming up. We were told we could only get a credit when we ever return. We explain that we wouldn’t be returning now and we just wanted, the credit card credit. It was not allowed even under this unforeseen circumstance. It is very disheartening And unfair.

Lovely tastefully renovated historic property in primary location. Parking is on-street but plentiful and free.

This is our second time staying here. Charming hotel with very nice staff. Looking forward to our next visit and staying in the Pendleton building. Great town and walkable
