Un séjour convenable. Un hôtel très bien situé et propre.Une chambre pas très bien entretenue avec un plancher affaissé à plusieurs endroits , des fissures au plafond, une salle de bain un peu vieillotte. Nous avons eu la grande chance d’avoir la seule et unique chambre du premier étage. Qui est située au dessus d’un bar et à l’entrée de la salle du petit déjeuné . Donc bruit et musique jusqu’a 2h du matin.. la bâtiment n’étant pas très bien isolé y compris en intérieur car nous entendions très bien les personnes au dessus de nos têtes et passant devant la porte .Un petit déjeuner très décevant pour la somme de 14€ par personne.

Hotel de France in Aix en Provence is the perfect location for first time visitors to Aix en Provence, We booked a Prestige room, and we were very pleased with the large room size, king bed, beautiful view of the small fountain below, and the tall ceilings and windows. The room decor and bathrooms are modern and clean. The windows are well-insulated, and we did not experience any excessive street noise from the restaurants below at night. The hotel’s breakfast buffet was superb and very convenient. We had a small issue with our tv when we checked it, but it was quickly fixed by friendly staff members. The soft church bells of Saint Esprit were our alarm clock each morning. You can easily walk to the Cours Mirabeau, cafés, fountains, shopping, and markets from Hotel de France.

Perfect location, very friendly staffs, rooms are clean and comfortable. If you want to stay in the center of the city, this is your hotel.

It’s an older hotel at the epicenter of tourism and movement of people. The room was ok the bed was comfortable.
I would not recommend to a friend.
