Hotels near Aana Sagar Path Way, Ajmer

The room is quite good overall and cleaner than other hotels in India, although the furniture was full of dust and there was damp on the wall. But there are many details that need to be improved: The first day there was a bottle of water in the room (although hot), but the second day they didn't leave it; So, we asked for it and they told us to order it from the restaurant. We had to explain to them (as best we could, because the guys who send the room don't speak English, only Hindi) that the water was not for drinking, it was for brushing our teeth because we can't do it with tap water. In all the hotels in India except this one, they have put water in the room for us to brush our teeth and drink. The first day there was only a small bottle of shower gel in the room and it is a room for two people; So, we had to order another one. The next day, when we left the room, we told reception that when they cleaned it they should leave two bottles of gel and hand towels, because there was only a shower, but when we arrived there was only one bottle and no hand towels. We had to ask again for the towels and another bottle of gel and explain that each person needs a bottle because they are small. We also had to ask for toilet paper because there was very little in the room. The first day there was no hot water in the shower; So, my boyfriend took a cold shower. Before taking a shower, I called the reception to say that there was no hot water, they gave it to us and I was able to take a shower with hot water. The next day there was no hot water again; So, before taking a shower, we called reception to ask for it, they came to try to give it to us, but they made us wait a long time and it didn't come out hot; So, we got tired of waiting and we both took cold showers. When we went down to the reception to check out we discussed it and they told us that we should have notified us again, how many times do we have to ask for hot water for them to give it to us? There is a refrigerator but it doesn't work. The room was already paid for through the application in which we booked it, but when we checked out they made us wait to see if there was any more charge and they tried to charge us for restaurant charges that were not ours, since we had not ordered anything. They brought first one ticket, then two others... They don't even know who the restaurant tickets belong to. Is incredible! We told them that we couldn't waste any more time because the train was leaving and we left.

Beautiful hotel with amazing patios around the pool. We could see monkeys jumping around nearly everywhere. Gardens are well kept and beautiful. The room was nice but we kept waking up due to someone who sounded like they were moving furniture around all night (not hotel's fault though). A good buffet to choose from or otherwise a good a la carte menu. Restaurant prices very reasonable and food very good.

My husband and I just recently stayed at the hotel pushkar Haveli on our first trip to India. Jaipur was the last leg of our trip and this family made it the beat way to end our time in India. The Haveli itself is beautiful, well maintained, and in the perfect location of the city for shopping, sites and day trips. The family was so welcoming, gracious and helpful during our stay with recommendations on sites to see, where to eat, etc. The food at the Haveli is all home cooked and absolutely delicious. We truly felt like we were amongst family and have made friends for a lifetime. We 10/10 recommend this place to everyone!

Amazing vacation we had thanks to the people at TAJ, Pratap Mahal !! Beautiful property, lovely spa, (though) a small outdoor pool - but we had nice fun with hot cups of great masala chai served on a slightly chilly morning while we had great fun in the cool waters. The hotel helped us connect with the right person at Pushkar, Sh. Ajay Parasher ji who made our Darshan at the Brahma Temple so smooth and wonderful on the day of Kartik Poornima. We shall always remain grateful to Sh. Parasher. Without his help it would have been impossible for us to get even the Darshan and we had it from the sanctum-sanctorum itself. Though we did not seek hotel's help for Dargah-Sharief visit, we turned out to be lucky there as well. A young boy helped us manage our way through the big crowds and took us straight to the Dargah. It was absolutely amazing how everything fell in place. The icing on the cake of our stay was definitely the musical evenings, food, the services at the Restaurant, Bar and housekeeping. The folk singers from Ajmer made our evenings so beautiful that I do not have words to describe. The soulful rendering of Kirpa Karo Maharaj, Naina Milaike, Damadam Mast kalander, Kesaria Balam and many more transcended us to another world. Rajasthan has great food and the hotel will help you taste them. I recommend do have their local cuisine. Gatte ki sabji, Ker sangari, bajre ki roti with ghee and gur, Dal Marwar, Malpua and Rabri, Lal maans, masala chai and so many more. The chef, Mr. Hitesh took special efforts and prepared these items for us, especially the awesome Malpua. Great food, awesome service and the most special was Mr. Sunil at the restaurant with whom we literally had made a special bond in the 2 days of stay. He was always there with us for everything. Thank you very much Sunil and Hitesh for making our stay memorable.

Room good, reception very good, food excellent, services excellent. Response to any problem solved within minutes. Will definitely come back and stay here again. Vikram at the reception is exceptionally very good. Very service oriented and excellent in his work. All staff very polite and efficient. Very good resort
