We were friends on a short visit to pushkar.Our check in was smooth and the reception guy was very kind and smile. ***y thanks to their ***ager kindly upgraded room to a pool facing deluxe room. Room is spice and span. I was so happy happy to see complimentary water being served in glass bottles, their in-house filtered water is a great initiative to reduce the use of plastic bottles.we ordered dinner and the food was awesome and served hot. Next day breakfast was a sumptuous spread , truly a grand hotel .we will definitely return again for a longer stay. Thank you to team at Hotel Brahma Horizon and especially to Mr.Devendra for the warm hospitality and for upgrading us which was such a delightful.

Mad-packers dorms in pushkar exceeded my expectations. The location is perfect, offering stunning views and easy access to local attractions. The dorm itself is clean, with comfy beds and secure lockers. What makes it exceptional is the welcoming atmosphere created by the friendly staff. The communal spaces foster connections among travelers. The organized activities, coupled with the vibrant communal kitchen, elevate the experience. Resort is great, staff is incredibly pleasant and proactive to please you. But a special mention goes to receptionists very professional and ready to help Anjali who was Devine and very professional. Place is also elegant, classy and extremely clean Like the services at restaurant excellent 👌 the rooms were clean and comfortable

It was nice stay. Food was very delicious. Staff was very courteous. Only one thing i didn't like was if you booked online with breakfast room then there was no buffet breakfast in the hotel. You have to choose one dish from menu and you have to pay extra for curd, tea etc. The menu was only poha, poori bhaji, ch-ole bhature and parathas (gobi and alu.

The hotel is situated in middle of city and the most visited areas of Ajmer because of the location of Main highway. Best place to stay if you are ola Ning to visit Pushkar and what to come back on the same day. Quite peaceful and clean locality. Lake os just 5 mins walk from this hotel and you can enjoy your evening walk while walking around the lake where you will a good number of people hanging around the edge of h this lake. Reception looks small but is enough you provide a nice seating in the couch in case early check in could not be given, However I was given the room within just 5 room Rooms are big and quite spacious , a nice cornered working table and two sofas are also provided you. The best thing I saw is that there was a smoking zone in my room. Which is quite big. Room service is fantastic and the staff is very good and they are very friendly. Over all it’s good, budgeted hotel enough to provide you a good feel of a 4 star property. 3 star property has quite spacious room and very good in room service. The staff is very friendly.

There is a nice conference hall with capacity of 80-100 chairs with projector set-up. We did so ***y conference here and we feel that here all staff is in good ***ners. By the way restaurant is also in nice interior and food price in genuine.

Location is just perfect. Check in was smooth. Front office staff is polite and professional. Room is spacious and well maintained. Room service is prompt. In house veg restaurant is great. Overall experience was great and recommend for next stay. Great team. Best wishes

I would also like to extend my gratitude to the F&B team, particularly Sapna, who went above and beyond to take care of me. The entire F&B staff ensured that I was well taken care of during breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The food was delicious and a highlight of my stay. Special thanks to Kalu Singh the driver, who was incredibly humble, polite, and knowledgeable about the cities. He made my excursions even more enjoyable with his insights. Thank you very much ones again . The nighttime Qawwali was an extraordinary experience, and I loved every moment of it. The atmosphere created during the performance was something I will always remember. I would also like to acknowledge the security team – Mr. Hemmat Singh, Jay Singh, and Jay Ram – who were all extremely helpful and courteous. The housekeeping team was equally wonderful, ensuring my room was always in top condition. Mr. Sunu Rawat, Mr. Bupender, and Head Chef Hitesh, who personally met me and introduced me to many delicious recipes, added a personal touch to my experience. I will definitely be recommending Pratap Mahal to my family and friends, as I am confident they will enjoy their stay as much as I did. Thank you once again for making my visit truly special.
