All the facilities of the hotel were very good and the entire hotel staff cooperated with me a lot. The hotel rooms were very clean and the toilet was also completely clean and hygienic. I checked into the hotel at 3:00AM and was assisted by the entire staff.

The room is quite good overall and cleaner than other hotels in India, although the furniture was full of dust and there was damp on the wall. But there are many details that need to be improved: The first day there was a bottle of water in the room (although hot), but the second day they didn't leave it; So, we asked for it and they told us to order it from the restaurant. We had to explain to them (as best we could, because the guys who send the room don't speak English, only Hindi) that the water was not for drinking, it was for brushing our teeth because we can't do it with tap water. In all the hotels in India except this one, they have put water in the room for us to brush our teeth and drink. The first day there was only a small bottle of shower gel in the room and it is a room for two people; So, we had to order another one. The next day, when we left the room, we told reception that when they cleaned it they should leave two bottles of gel and hand towels, because there was only a shower, but when we arrived there was only one bottle and no hand towels. We had to ask again for the towels and another bottle of gel and explain that each person needs a bottle because they are small. We also had to ask for toilet paper because there was very little in the room. The first day there was no hot water in the shower; So, my boyfriend took a cold shower. Before taking a shower, I called the reception to say that there was no hot water, they gave it to us and I was able to take a shower with hot water. The next day there was no hot water again; So, before taking a shower, we called reception to ask for it, they came to try to give it to us, but they made us wait a long time and it didn't come out hot; So, we got tired of waiting and we both took cold showers. When we went down to the reception to check out we discussed it and they told us that we should have notified us again, how many times do we have to ask for hot water for them to give it to us? There is a refrigerator but it doesn't work. The room was already paid for through the application in which we booked it, but when we checked out they made us wait to see if there was any more charge and they tried to charge us for restaurant charges that were not ours, since we had not ordered anything. They brought first one ticket, then two others... They don't even know who the restaurant tickets belong to. Is incredible! We told them that we couldn't waste any more time because the train was leaving and we left.

I stayed here for straight 15 Nights. It was a home for Me & entire staff made me feel the same. This Brand New Hotel have excellent room with top notch service. Their staff was complete Polite, humble & accepted & improved over every smallest suggestion as well. The Front Office Lady Ms. Divya Is the best employee which is completely able & trained to elevate for higher post as well. Her deep understanding about guest is brilliant. Gajender the person ever smiling in F&B always refreshed me & even today when I do regular banquet meetings. Their engineering team is at its best & the person Mr. Yashwant is like an all rounder person with his humbleness of behavior. Last but Key Personnel being the curtains & Show Stopper is Mr. Ashish Sarda who assured me the best service ***** side always stood with every change I requested & impressed me to add this hotel to our panel. And today I am glad to share that we have been booking this property not just for room but for all of our banqueting as well.

Our recent family trip to Pushkar brought us to this wonderful spot, and it truly stood out as a memorable experience. We were a group of 11, including kids and seniors, and everyone enjoyed the welcoming atmosphere. Right from the start, the staff made sure we felt at home. They were attentive, polite, and very accommodating of our larger group, which made a huge difference for a family outing. The ambiance of the place was perfect for families, with a charming setup that combined traditional Rajasthani decor with modern comforts. It offered a warm and relaxed vibe, ideal for spending quality time together. The seating arrangement was spacious, allowing us to enjoy our meal together without feeling cramped. The food was delicious, with a variety of options to cater to different tastes. While the prices were on the higher side, the quality and presentation made it worth it. Every dish was well-prepared, bringing out authentic flavors that added to the overall experience. Although a bit pricey, the experience, service, and family-friendly setting made it a wonderful addition to our Pushkar trip. Highly recommended for families looking for a place to unwind and enjoy good food together!

I have stayed at The Chitvan Resort multiple times with my family (including our lab). They have huge spacious rooms, a well mentained pool, lawn, private parking and a restaurant which serves tasty food. I really appreciate the warm welcome and overall hospitality by the staff.. Mr.Amit Kothari ensures personal attention to each guest. Location is almost on highway road, yet a little away from all the hustle of traffic.

My husband and I just recently stayed at the hotel pushkar Haveli on our first trip to India. Jaipur was the last leg of our trip and this family made it the beat way to end our time in India. The Haveli itself is beautiful, well maintained, and in the perfect location of the city for shopping, sites and day trips. The family was so welcoming, gracious and helpful during our stay with recommendations on sites to see, where to eat, etc. The food at the Haveli is all home cooked and absolutely delicious. We truly felt like we were amongst family and have made friends for a lifetime. We 10/10 recommend this place to everyone!
