We just finished up a few days at Unico and it was a great time! The rooms are amazing, we were in a two bedroom Estancia Suite. The food is excellent and the service is great as well. What makes it really special is the service provided by our Butlers - Alexander Alejandro! They are two of the best!

Nos vamos muy a gusto, además tuvieron la consideración de dejar un lindo detalle en la habitación por el cumpleaños de nuestra mamá.

We enjoyed our week at Único 20 87. The food was excellent. The staff were kind and gracious. Please tip them! The grounds are beautiful. We loved our room with the plunge pool right off the patio. The only hiccup we had was with the room requests. Yes, you can request what time you want housekeeping, ice delivery, and more. There was a disconnect between the online reservations and the local staff but our local host was able to get it all sorted out for us. We enjoyed the “quiet pool” but went to the members only one afternoon. There are 2 small pools that are for Legendary Vacation Club members only. There are 3 that are for everyone. There are iguanas, agouti, and coatimundi on the property. The coatis (raccoon family) like pizza but please don’t feed them even if they are adorable!! One issue that we did have, our own fault, make sure the patio door is closed or the AC will not work. If you want an adults only chill resort, this is the place!

Amazing time @ Unico. It was my first time here, took my husband for his 40th birthday. From the moment we arrived at the hotel it was personalized experiences and interactions. Our personal concierge Hector is TOP TIER! His personality is infectious and he is absolutely all about putting the guest first! We did experience a few quick power outages but the generators kicked in quick. Everyone was attentive to our needs! It was great. Will definitely be back.

What an amazing experience. This is one of our favorite hotels. Spend have the day on the beach and half at the pool and you can't go wrong Food quality is excellent; The superbia dinner was gourmet like we have not had, and the pairing with the wine and tequila was beyond tremendous. As if it could not bet better, as we were staying with our daughter in a presidential suite, we had an in room steak and lobster tail dinner. Thought that is would just be a room service delivery, but it was a 5 course experience, with the chef explaining everything, as well as somalier and other team members. Gracias for an amazing experience. Thanks to all who made this wonderful; I miss my bloody mary (picante) for breakfast with chicken enchiladas or chilaquilles. Thanks to Louis, Israel, Marianna and Fernanda. Thanks to all at 20 87, Mura, and Cueva Siette. Thanks to the great mixologists, and the head mixologist (great class) of course, Luis. Maria and Jorge, see you soon friends. Alexander and Alejandro, thanks for making everything just perfect.

Our butlers, Alexander and Alexandro, were exceptional. Their attention to detail, recommendations, and overall professionalism were appreciated. The Unico resort itself is beautiful, has amazing food, and atmosphere. We’ll be back!

Very unique place. We found the peace we were looking for after stressful weeks. You can plan your stay and select what you like to eat, drink, room scent, pillow type for your room, right from the menu. Great variety of food around and nice pools to relax. There’s a very good environment and all the staff is very friendly and respectful, extremely professional and attentive every time. We felt like royalty every where we were. We are very thankful to everyone in general, from Maria and the pool concierge , Dulce in Housekeeping, Lisset , Valeria and the bartenders at the lobby area / cafeteria, to the very sweet KarenJaquelin Munoz at Resort Services, our beloved Local Host Ismael Vargas, both made our stay wonderful without even leaving the hotel. Five stars treatment at its best. Alex at the spa , very well oriented, and finally, kind of sad for forgetting the name of the young gentleman that made it possible for us to get a higher level of membership. Perks with the agin!!
