Today and yesterday (16 and 17 June 2024) I with my family had the pleasure of dining at your esteemed establishment and wanted to share my experience with you. Firstly, I must commend the ambiance and the service, which were both exceptional and truly befitting a five-star restaurant. However, I regret to inform you that there were a few areas where the experience fell short of expectations. During our visit, the portions served were insufficient for all the guests. I arrived at dinning area at 8:30 by then a dish like Quz with meat was over and was not refilled same with few desserts (sorry I do not remember the name, though I mentioned it to chef and duty manger). This led to some disappointment as we were expecting more generous servings, especially given the reputation and pricing of your restaurant. Additionally, while most of the dishes were delightful, there were a few that did not meet the high-quality standards we anticipated. In particular, [Kunaffah taste was bitter, okra sambar was hard, chapati- it was too hard] lacked the flavor and presentation we were looking forward to. Serve less dishes but quality one as the charge against it is huge. I hope this feedback is taken constructively as it is intended. We enjoyed many aspects of our visit and may return in the future with the hope that these issues will be addressed. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
